I like his more personally, the darker theme of it and how it's shaded darker would give any anime character more dimension and depth. They're both good, but that's just a personal opinion.

На мой взгляд у парня (слева) лучше смотрится тело девушки и задний фон. Они более контрастны и притягивают взгляд. Но не могу не отметить, что у девушки (справа) гораздо лучше получилось лицо персонажа (особенно глаза) и атрибуты, такие как серёжка и заколка для волос
