They are all brilliant of course, but Layne was the MVP. I especially liked the Uh Oh section as well as the cheeky grin he gave us while he did it. You missed their version of Drunken Sailor. Do it, girl, and watch till the end!
This is from a quest called _The Call of the Tempestarii_ from the game Warframe. Interestingly, the original song is done by a female vocalist. Both versions (the OG and Voiceplays) are great and another example how good Voiceplay is at making extraordinary covers.
This is from a side game to the video game WarFrame. The person singing it in the game is the sole survivor of the destruction of her home. And she is singing this to those who did not survive. Omar and Cesar being the crazy kids that they are decided to split their contacts so one has a very very light blue and the other is a green which doesn’t show much because their eyes are both dark. It gives some sort of a Borg look to me which ties in with this outer space alien vibes they’ve got going. They did a great job of making the tempo of the song match the imagery on the LED screens that are both behind them and (appropriately enough) below them. On a few of the belts, the images “explode”. From what I’ve read, some of these are from NASA and the Hubble telescope which is also very cool.
You might want to keep an eye out for Geoff's next video. He has released it on Patreon, so possibly onto RU-vid this Friday or the next one. Not allowed to tell you the title, but it is exceptional.
