I have exactly the same dial! Luckily PD takes classic 28.5mm dials, some chinese brands use custom sized dials and then you''re out of options like with some 39mm field watched. But i like the build, keep em coming!!!

I made that mistake the first time I built one of these but I didn't know there was a 3/3.8 crown position movement and a 4.1/4.2 movement so of course, I bought the 3/3.8 movement. I had the whole thing together before I realized the problem. I then had to wait 3 weeks for a new movement. Super frustrating.

I get mine from local websites (but it's from China anyway) or Aliexpress. There are plenty of options, just don't go too cheap 😅😅 And of course, the seller's rating matters too

Hi, sorry to bother. First of all thank you for all the information about watch modification, it is very useful. My question is, on your instagram you have a modified watch Seiko Modify #47 Golden Black I think it's the first one you posted. Could you possibly share some details about that watch case, dial, watch model? I tried to find a vid on this watch on you yt channel but couldn't find it.

I used Pagani Design 1695 tuna and 28.5mm dial for that mod. But it's a but tricky, similar to this video. Because the original dial is much bigger, and I needed to use chapter ring

Saw your video and i have a question - if i may. Sadly, I find myself only liking watches that are very expensive. But I don't care about the name, so my question is : Is it possible to have someone (not me!) make a watch from scratch by buying the parts to make my dream watch? Is this possible?

@@ShortBetter Have you tried installing a normal chapter ring by removing the crystal? This way, for the next modification, we could just swap the dial without having to align the chapter ring each time we change the dial.
