Chef Vishnu Kumar Manohar specialises in larger-than-life and massive-scale cooking events where he cooks mind-boggling quantities of food. Some of his OMG moments include the longest 53 hours non-stop 'Cooking Marathon' At Nagpur in 2017 which made it to the Asia Book of Records. He has also cooked 1000 kg of Orange Halwa at Lokmat Orange Festival Nagpur, made the Limca Record for the “Longest Paratha” measuring 5 ft by 5 ft & weighing 35 Kg, prepared 3000 kg of Khichadi at Nagpur in 2018 and set a World Record of 5000 Kgs of Khichadi at Ramleela Maidan, Delhi in 2019 amongst many such feats.
