Dean...Thank you for taking the time to write this out. In my 40+ years of crocheting I've never been able to crochet by seeing it done, I need the words.
Minimum of chain 30 (12+12+6) that will give you one triple bobble in the middle of the first row, and two triple bobbles on the next row of bobbles. Add 12 chains for every additional triple bobble on the first row. So multiples of 12 + 6 with minimum of 30. I marked each 6th chain at the start which helped me out. 30, 42, 54, 66, 78, 90, 102, etc
Thank you for another beautiful pattern! It, too, will be lovely to use when making a baby blanket! Now I won't have to wonder which stitch to use! that wont work. Your work will turn severely due to the frills that will be created. Just tried it and had this problem. You can add a double crochet row at the bottom at the end while adjusting to the up and downs with sc and dc.
To me, I think is very easy stitch to follow. Plus, she post the numbers of stitches on the very top, right, very easy to make. I love it. ❤ ❤️thank you❤️❤️

I love this pattern. What size/type yarn in that blue color would you use to crochet an Afghan for my elderly best friend (80 yrs old) that is washable? I now live in Texas, USA in a retirement facility. I had to leave my friend in Louisiana, USA to be near family. Thank you for your beautiful pattern and any help you can give me.
How about puting up pattern so we can understand what to do when you finish doing the pattern, so we know should we repeat from where to continue making the full blanket

What I do now, is rather than count exactly, because I'm so fiddly and keep losing track, is get close to right and then add some more on. Then I can just cut off the extra from the foundation chain and weave in. But I still got it wrong here and had to restart 3 times.she didn't give the multiples count so I had to figure it out. I'm just novice still

Its caused me a lot of trouble not having this explained properly. I kept making three puffs instead of 2 at the beg and end, then I was making too many dcs into the spaces next to the sc. My advice is to watch the video a couple of times and write out instructions or make a chart before making a 30st sample to try out the tension and pattern . After that its a simple pattern and enjoyable to work. Chain multiples of 12 +6 , youll need at least 30 chains. Helpful notes, 1)there are only two puffs in the first and last flower clusters of each row. 2) Dcs ; One DC into every puff, and every sc ,up till the very last puff and three DCs into the spaces between the puffs
No verbal instructions, no posted instructions, just watch and do Wish you had given instructions. The pattern is pretty. But no idea what stitch was done What to chain etc.😢

So, maybe this pattern is a bit too advanced for my skills but I really want to use it. I am struggling with two things: the stitches that I build the puffs in are getting much more stretched than yours. And, what do you do with the tail from the beginning of your starting chain? It doesn't show in your finished sample.

This is a beautiful stitch, but in the beginning how many of the single crochet stitch did you start off with? You don’t show or tell how many stitches you have to skip or how many double crochets you have to do
