Not every black person who is detained is in the right. Not every white officer is wrong. If he is telling her that the car is coming back as stolen and she is saying she knows that, that is a problem. If she is saying he put a gun to her head and the video clearly shows that it never happened like that, that is another problem. If you are going to create a scene, the least you can do is be upright and honest.

Phil Masry did u watch the video? Better yet watch the whole 22min body cam video. It’s not illegal to draw a gun. There’s two people in the car and one cop. Car came back reported as stolen. Look where the gun is pointed. It’s pointed at the ground the whole time. Not even at her head. It’s a precaution and protection for the cop. Watch the original video. Cop puts away the gun once backup shows up. Cop was nice to her the whole time. No arrest or even a ticket. She got pulled over because she was smashing in the car. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RcBT2aA6vMM.html

The scientific methods dictates that empiracle data or observations be put into proportion and context. There are normals, to use your term that vary from culture to culture. For example, sexual organs of African men and women in museums. France taking 24 skulls of Algerian leaders, Trudeau planning to return them in 2017 but changing his mind and deciding to do it 2020 post George Floyd? That kind of normal and civilized behavior? The European construct of a color caste system where whites definition is fluid and superior to others? The same system that said that Iberian Irish were a separate race from "white" because a Swede said they were mud people but are now considered white? What new do you have to offer me, my freshman? The cop broke so many laws. Did he read her "miranda right"? No.. He just locked her up and put her in a cage like an animal.. This is wrong. This is the problem...... Billy J Elliot here’s the thing. You have no idea what my education is and what my experience is outside of my “bubble.” I’m a black woman living in America where there is always someone trying to justify our unjust killing of people from MY community. Remember that. It’s MY community that is enduring this. This particular woman was driving a car that was reported stolen. When there is a car that is reported stolen, the person driving that car is perceived as threat by the police standards that are set here. That is an active crime. The police has the gun pointed down at the ground, not at her head. We as black people HAVE to have every detail correct or unfortunately, our entire cause is discredited. That is not a justification, that is the reality that WE live through everyday here. Btw I’m very well traveled, and I know (many of my community know) that the US is leaps and bounds behind other countries with regard to our police system. We know more of the differences than you think we do.

In America. A policeman drawing his gun is cause for an enquiry in my country. Unless someone is known to be armed and dangerous it just wouldn't happen. But still an enquiry, either way. But never mind, so long as this is what you expect then you reap what you sow - 600-700 killed by police every single year. One or two in my country. I know what I prefer.

@@kevinhunt1234 And what country are you from? We have 320 million people. I'd like to see what your country's stats are when adjusted per capita. Plus, in America, we do have a couple of serious problems: 1) A sub-culture exists whereby gangs and violence are glorified, and the mistreatment of women is the norm. 2) The Leftist Government has created programs that give financial incentives to families without fathers (single mothers.) With these two above-mentioned problems, there will always be a serious crime problem. A gun is just a tool, and cops need to protect themselves.

@@kevinhunt1234 You need to consider that in 2019, the US had 89 officers killed in the line of duty. The UK only had 1 (1 was all I could find, if you know of more, please let me know.) With such a disparity, you can certainly see the need for aggressive tactics used by US cops. Typically, US cops maintain tactical advantage by use of overwhelming force (drawing-down first, keeping detainees in vulnerable positions, and waiting for backup, etc.) Once the situation is contained and secured, then cops can move in. This type of response keeps officer safety on top. Most think that this tactic by cops is going too far. But keep in mind that its easy to avoid being handled by the cops in this way... don't steal cars - or more broadly - don't commit crime. I personally believe that all criminals should be in fear for their lives while engaged in criminal activity. No one should be protecting and coddling criminals. This only encourages them to engage in more criminal behavior. Criminals need to learn that there's real life consequences for the bad decisions they make.
