Watch Out! | Miami Boat Ramps | Boynton Beach Ramp 

In my 52 years of fishing/boating, I've found that, indeed, the boat ramp, any boat ramp, can be the greatest show on earth. I've seen some things that still make me laugh every time I think about them. Glad you're doing what you're doing and glad I found your channels.

If you notice the guy backing the Tahoo down next to the jet ski .... he was too close on the initial try and guide the trailer guide stuck in the crack of the cement wall before he pulled forward and backed down the second time ... his fault for the broken equipment....not hers

Nah those tools in the first launching and having no clue, there's no excuse. I know whenever I've come in/out with someone on a boat it's always been a case of lines are ready and no stuffing around. Especially when coming in. I've done time with the rescue boat crew in the coastal patrol and that was always (pulling up port/starboard) and there were 2 people there within seconds with lines ready to jump on the wharf and hold the boat.

Lake Ida in Delray has a very busy boat ramp you should try

Lake Conway in Orlando and lake Toho on the St.Cloud ramp I've seen some if the dumbest people loading and unloading boats and jetskis. Sinking a chevy s10 because they backed in slto far down the ramp to load a jetski in the bed of the s10. Countless people not putting the plugs in the boat before launching. A bunch of people who don't understand that boats and jetskis don't have brakes and when there is a line of people waiting for their turn to use the ramp to load their boat or jetski and then get hit from behind. I had this happen while me and my girlfriend were on our brand new jetskis when a seadoo boat hit her from behind cracking a vertebrae in her neck and also broke her arm with lots of cuts and bruising then sending her into me breaking my ribs, knocked out 5 teeth, cracked my orbital bone and totaled both skis the same day we picked them up from the dealership! The guy had the nerve to say it was are fault for not getting out of the way because we were blocking his path to the ramp! My friends proceeded to get me and my girlfriend out of the water,call 911 but then mh friend told the guy to shut up and he pushed my friend. This is were it was clear he was drunk and my friend was not when my friend beat the living hell out of the guy! And this is just 1 of many fights that I've witnessed at these ramps ! Go at your own risk and also many of these fights have came from people trying to steal jetskis or property from trucks in the parking lotnot realizing the owners can see them.

Is rope so expensive down there in Florida that they can't afford to have proper lines ready to go on all four 'corners' of the boat when they arrive back at the dock?

When we launch my son's boat, it takes 3 people - I'm driving, my wife has the stern line and my son the bowline, and they are holding the lines BEFORE I even start backing down the ramp. And it's a sailboat, so we have to rig the mast, boom and sails before we even get into the water. And it's still faster than the most of these guys...

Looks like fenders are banned at this ramp.

Most of these struggles could be avoided by just putting a line on the center cleat. If you're not leaving the boat you really don't need a stern and bow line. A good cap should be able to do everything single handed. Crew is just a luxury.

I talked to the redheaded guy in the first shot with the old Grady as I was coming in Wednesday mid-morning. Nice guy actually. The boat has been having alot of motor issues. They had their launch figured out that day.

I would love to start a business in this area. You get back to the dock and you are sunburned, tired, and feel like a raisin from all the salt water. For 125.00, I will filet your fish up to a certain amount, discard the carcasses, wash your boat, cooler, rods/reels. All while you have access to a shower and an air conditioned room with tv.

boynton inlet is the most dangerous inlet in south florida.but that's the boat ramp that's closest to the inlet so everyone and there mother goes there

I used to go to the local lake with a cooler and a folding chair just to watch. (and snicker). I could launch and recover my boat easier and faster alone, than most people could with lots of help. No brag just fact.

Ohhh if only you had THE electronic boat ramps.. I've seen some ramps where a tow machine does it for you.. A MACHINE LIFTS IT OFF YOUR HITCH AND PUTS IT IN THE WATER NICE AND SLOW AND STRAIGHT FOR 20$.. AND TAKES IT OUT OUT OF THE WATER NICE AND SLOW AND STRAIGHT.... AND BACK ON YOUR HITCH.. NO PROBLEM .....

Eh. Those trailer guides break all the time. Last year, when trailering my boat the mile between the ramp and the house, one of my trailer guides disappeared on me. I retraced my route between the ramp and the house and the trailer guide was nowhere to be seen. Did someone steal it? This all happened within 20 minutes.

Why do think you have to describe what we’re looking at? All it does is make people not want to subscribe to your videos because the commentary is very annoying!
