Sorry that's certainly not true. There definitely is a deadline for guys and girls to get married, especially for girls. Girls have a biological clock they need to look out for, which means most quality women who wish to have children will get married before 30, at max 35. Any guy who is past 40 will never have the chance to find a quality woman who can kids and start a family. If he wishes to have kids, he has to seek woman in 20-30 range, but its already a huge age gap for him at 50+ years.

Imagine when a large part of the population decides not to have kids? That's literally what's happening in most parts of the world now. Almost every country around the world are on a demographic decline and their birth rates are below replacement level. If that continues, humanity will inevitably cease to exist.
