@@brixmoore9871 I agree I been accused of a crime I didn't commit by Midlothian police department in Illinois no trial no due process I been affected by this false accusations for 28 yrs
Do you know why we have Armored Cops and so many Security and Protection groups happening today? Because we are a Lawless Nation run by Criminals since 1933! ! Here is why. 1933 is the first year we needed Licenses for EVERYTHING due to the BANKRUPTCY ACT of 1933 that classified us Citizens as "Enemy's of the state" to be licensed and regulated under Title 50 usc "Trading with the Enemy Act". 4 Things you need to know about our laws and those who enforce them, Examples; The Definitions of words used to jail you by. 1) MOTOR VEHICLE is every vehicle Over 10,000 lbs under [Title 49 USC 31301], 2) AUTOMOBILE is every vehicle under 10,001 lbs under [Title 49 CFR 523.3] ALL TRAFFIC LAWS ARE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES. 3) FIREARMS is not what we own by DEFINITION under [Title 26 USC 5845]. 4) Lastly the Courts dont have Criminal Jurisdiction over us, under The CRIMINAL RULES OF COURT and the 11 Amendment.. BAR attorneys cant bring in the real laws and definitions into any court because this would expose their criminal activities! Judges, Law Enforcement, Prosecutors and all BAR attorneys are Fraternal Order Freemasons who keep secrets and purposely plot against the People! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MmUhDLAX9ME.html
Cops love playing the "I feared for my life card." This guy was filming from the parking lot on private property. The cop that he was filming was on the street. So how is that interfering with him doing his job?!
They play the "I feared fir my life" card only when black citizens are involved. It buys them empathy and credibility with their peers and the legal system...which is why they can abuse, lie, assault, harass and profile black citizens (without consequence) as often as they choose.
"If he'd only followed my unlawful orders, I wouldn't have had to violate his rights - what's the issue here? He didn't stroke my ego, so I arrested him."
Officer: 'If he had just been a nice guy, you know? Maybe complimented me on my weight loss, or told me how handsome I was. If he had just rubbed me, just a little...maybe we could've avoided all this unpleasantness...'
Exactly. Had he approached his car, they would have arrested him the same way with the same excuse. Because he didn't leave right away. There was no way for him to comply with tyrannical instructions.
@@mambojazz1 : A cop has only authority as far as the law allows it... and it not very far. The problem is, bootlickers will allow cops to step over the lines and bully the citizenry.
@@mambojazz1 we citizens have the right to refuse unlawful requests. Cops don’t get to just demand whatever they want from us. The fact that you think all cops’ orders should always be obeyed is scary…
You have to understand. This cop had plenty of time to inform himself about the validity of his charges at the time, before the deposition. And still, he's sitting there and telling a mythical story from an imagined world where police have absolute authority, like in an absolutist country.
These cops fully equipped with body armor, guns, tasers, pepper spray and a radio. Everyone of them walks around here like cowards. In fear of their own shadows.😮
*"One of those guys? Do you mean an American citizen?"* "What crime did he commit to be trespassed from a public location?" "Are you aware that 'obstruction' involves a PHYSICAL act?" "How did he obstruct you by filming from a public location?" "He left when demanded. You arresting him because his vehicle was not moved? Could his wife move the car?" Cop: "He wasn't nice. But I called him an asshole."
Let's not be mistaken or misled. This deputy and LEO's across America have conspired to eliminate photographers and videographers in an effort to not be held accountable. Furthermore, they use absorbatant prices for copies of their videos to further limit that accountability.
With this long history of rogue cops, it's no surprise your average citizen will film police encounters to make sure they behave. This unlawful arrest proves police oversight is a must.
These corrupt cops just don't want to be recorded by an independent source. "Stand over there (behind the deputy), but don't stand behind this deputy". THIS is why police/police departments/government public office audits are important! Power tripping cops, need to go.
This officer doesn't understand that he was giving this man. Unlawful orders and when you give unlawful orders and proceed to arrest somebody that is A civil violation.
That was a private parking space for the business owners, why would they trespass a customer, what happened was the cops overstepped their power and they trespassed him. You could tell by his face that he knows that he fucked up in arresting this man. Has he never heard of the constitution?
In addition, he allowed a witness to decide what he should be asked. The lawyer should have objected as soon as the witness said "the question should be"
Depositions are strange. The questions, and how they are phrased, are vital. That’s why the questions are slow, and methodical. This cop was digging his grave with his tongue. The attorney was probably astounded by the complete lack of knowledge of the law, he could barely keep his shit together
This is another example of what our police departments are trying to do! In Louisiana, they’re trying to pass a law restricting individuals from filming the police from at least 25 feet away?? In Louisiana, we ALL know what that means, more coverup of police committing crimes against anyone they want!!!
The other cop summed up this cops problem in one sentence. He approached the guy recording and said, "Oh, you're one of them." That means that in all likelihood, the guy knew his rights, and some cops don't like that.
Idiot cop Tells man to leave area, he does and goes to PUBLIC sidewalk, but this cop told him to get in his van and leave. Cop admits leaving van in a parking lot is not a crime. Man was trespassed NOT THE VAN. Man was on public area, van was legally in parking lot, but he was arrested. THAT IS STUPID...WHERE IS THE CRIME???????
The police are always bothering John Gray. He usually holds a sign saying GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS. The hate he receives from police and public is disgusting 😡
If getting filmed bothers them, then they are doing something wrong - police need to be held accountable for their actions, do their job respectfully and not their EGO and power they think they have - this profession is a CHOICE not an obligation
@@citizendefence5323 I realize it's easy to fall into that rut, but the very fact he's there, in the courtroom and the department didn't settle out, proves the system can work. It takes a lot of faith and a 'wait-and-see' mentality. I hope he's brought to justice, same as everyone else.
"He should have accepted me violating his rights, followed an unlawful order, got in his car and left the scene. After all, I make the rules around here. When are people going to wise up, be nice guys and submit to my every command?"
The cop can't function if a camera is within 35 feet. These fragile people are given guns handcuffs and tasers. Yet the government doesn't see a problem.
No, he was exercising his rights as a citizen. You believe he interfered in your traffic stop (felony) because you got scared of him videoing . That doesn’t sound very brave to me. You are a bully who happens to be paid by the people. That is something that can be corrected. I can see how you wouldn’t want sny witnesses to your shady behavior. That officer needs to be put in jail for abusive power, a whole month. You are making the entire force look terrible. Bullying somebody because they happen to be videoing your traffic stop.
The man was leaving the property. If the "trespassed" man walked back on the property to move said vehicle, this cop would have assisted the guy to the ground for not leaving the property.
This video would have been 5 minutes long if this lawyer, deposing the cop, could ask a question in less than 90 freaking seconds. Did the attorney not prepare? Or is he just stupid?
No, the attorney carefully crafted the flow of his questioning to the cop... Cops are trained and granted an array of protections, when they face misconduct allegations... The lawyer made sure that every question he asked the cop was slowly paced and understood... The trained default setting for cops under questioning is to my dumb and appear as confused during questioning, as to give optics... The cop quickly jumped to using to classic trained cop phrases as in "I am not going to argument" though there is no argument, but a calm discussion and "do not resist" all while being off camera and/or muting their worn bodycam audio... The attorney is well verse to how law enforcement are trained to appear as lambs, when being questioned in public legal depositions and court trials.
Damn, American law enforcement is SLOW to learn. I mean, how is this type of bullshit STILL a thing in the “Land of the Free”? Like, aren’t y’all tired of being treated like trash? 🇺🇸😖👈
