He is more than qualified. If the courts grants the interdict it would be interfering in SA politics. Judge Hlope brings with him a wealth of experience and will serve as a reminder that the overall of the judicial system is long overdue....

Maybe the major question we should be asking is what did Hlophe do so much that qualified for him to be impeached because we May be asked to be logical and rational only when it's certain people and for some the same rule doesn't apply, I personally don't see the reason for Hlophes impeachment. It was irrational and not logical to have him impeached in the first place but because he was standing for the truth, he than became a problem. He is more than fit to be part of the JSC, he is one of SA's best judges.

However common sense is a department that is lacking in the ANC Government and EFF. No judge who has any dignity respect understanding integrity and self discipline would embarass himself by attempting to apply for a position that requires understanding trust respect honour dignity and integrity and he judge Hlope does not Qualify for such a position. And if he is not removed the government of National Unity will self implode and Fail to make SA independent.

Where does PARLIAMENTARY LAW! says that a POLITICAL party, represented in the National Assembly can and should nominate ONLY members of parliament FIT TO DO the job? SHOW US THAT ARTICLE EITHER IN THE CONSTITUTION or in PARLIAMENTARY LAW!! I'm beginning to get a bit tired of DA people assuming that THEY have the God-given RIGHT to on-the-spot construe laws, which fits THEIR short- and long-term interests. Look, if there was such a 'law', Hellen ZILLE, of all people would have insisted that DA ACTIVATED it IN THE ASSEMBLY. And so the fact that SHE HAS TO RESORT TO A BRANCH OUTSIDE THE ASSEMBLY speaks for itself. Advocate B of DA resigned because she was criminally accused by the NPA & ran to the DA.where she became an MP, why is different from Hlophe. She was found not fit and proper to be on JSC. Which Law prevents.

Hlophe is a Leader of the Opposition, thats his critical role. The Court is captured. The Opposition has only Advocate Mpofu, but he is busy and EFF designated Malema, knowing Hlophe has superior CV on Law, and most suitable. In theory, they can send a maths teacher. The DA wants to corrupt the Judiciary & push in unqualified candidates, with limited chances of interrogation. The JSC risks being captured by the DA, as only MP with legal expertise is criminally accused DA MP, Adv B.
