Reduce the cost of housing. Improve housing, make a choice in housing available and watch the improvement to the economy. Fix housing. No one talks in detail about housing, because it is a dirty secret. A constitutional right to life, liberty, but no no housing.

Thanks for bringing up this important issue. One of our primary needs . Inflated cost of housing (40% over & above inflation) is driving many people to lose their housing or to be unable to afford regular household needs (food, electricity, transportation). 3rd party investment buying may “clean up” a neighborhood but the original residents often are priced out of those same neighborhoods. The creation of deeper poverty and deprivation ultimately hurts all of us.
