With my first oil change with my 2024 Kia Forte, I went to Auto Zone to pick up a oil filter and some oil. I noticed that the aftermarket oil filters recommended for my Kia Forte were smaller in diameter than the OEM oil filter. I felt very nervous trusting the aftermarket oil filter after seeing that it was smaller than the OEM oil filter. I took the oil filter back to Auto Zone and went to the Kia dealer to buy the OEM oil filter...the OEM oil filter was the same price as the aftermarket oil filter..anyways, I'm glad I did and this video just confirms what I was thinking when I seen the aftermarket oil filter was smaller in dia.
@@martyhall9904 it's because not everything in the aftermarket parts catalog is 100% perfect. People make mistakes sometimes. It's ok. Just gotta pay attention and help others if you come across this issue
