I wish I started liking bee swarm content when I was mid game. These guides are always helpful and people usually make these videos on what not to do in bss.
first time I played I got a bit of leverage from a friend so I actually skipped the entirety of noob shop and skipped to pro, definitely if you don't have enough bees go for vacuum. Ignore the baseball helmet because it's pretty useless compared to everything else and you won't even be killing as much very early on. I skipped to the elite guards and also as a Red Hive enjoyer definitely worth getting the bubble wand because of the area coverage for AFK early on. Ignore the staff and then immediately go for dipper and save up and ONLY buy the port-o-hive. Don't forget your sprinklers too!
“You should save for 35 bees so you can start on spirits quest asap” Me who was in a laggy server and glitched and got an early start on her quest with 30 bees: Let's just ignore that part
Personally, I would have talked about amulets more, and stick bug. You can get lots of honey and crafting materiels from stick nymphs. The ant challenge is not hard to try, so experiment with different stratagies. Also, use your first translator on stick bug. I love this video, sort of stuck with 30 bees in the mid-game, but this guide is very good! Keep up the good work! :^)
As a pro myself i played when this came out and i have gummy boots this guide is good and i wanted to try this guide and i tried it on an alt and in the fist 3 hours i was past the pro shop. This is a good guide because when i started when this game came out it took me months.
@あなたじゃない Yeah like the hat, belt and boots are all 12 - 20 mil and i need to jump to 150mil for the dipper bro i just quitted and im not playing for 2 days straight
@@entarex6508 back in my days there was no golden rake or the blue backpack None of that I hd to grind 100mil for the dipper and 150 for the bag with took me a day on their own
yep, and it also isn't one of those generic simulator games. there was actual time put into this, when the generic sims are just grinding, rebirth, grinding, rebirth.
4:14 Actually, the scissors make more than the honey dipper. If you do the maths, then you will know. However, if you don’t move around in a field a lot, then the honey dipper is for you. Edit: you can also use the scissors to cut the vines next to the wealth clock and/or brown bear.
fun fact: as of beesmas 2021-2022, you'll need the propeller hat and hiking boots (beekeeper boots, coconut clogs, gummy boots, beekeeper mask, and any of the bee masks work as well) to access dapper bears shop, so it's pretty mandatory to get those
I think you guys should buy the guards first as u will have that many mats that the extracts wont be the problem when buying the canister it will be the tropical drinks trust me buy the guards after petal or gummy mask
Ah yes, my favourite tool, "Scithe", it's totally not spelled "Scythe", and he totally wasn't using it as an example, and I'm totally not being sarcastic.
Just a trick for all starting players: near blue HQ there are 2 flowers, behind them is a odd colored wall. When you go in there king beetle will spawn. When he spawns run to the very top right corner of the room (into the shadows) and afk there. After you kill it it will give you 600k - 1MIL Note: this trick doesn’t work on mobile but it does work on iPad and computer but iPad might take a few try’s.
@@milothedrinkk they can be any level, you could do this with a single basic bee but it would take like half an hour, but yeah you can do it with any type/level of bee it’ll just take longer to do.
@@beachbengaming5278no because if a bee is level 3 it actually can’t attack at all. When a bee is one lower level it has a 25% chance to miss then two levels lower 50% chance to miss after 3 levels it has 75% chance to miss then 4 levels and lower it can’t attack at all.
When I first started bss nobody thought me how to play, I had to rely on my own and make tough decisions that might cost me in the future... I start off with getting the best equipment in noob shop same with the pro shop (I never got the guards bc I was noob and didn't know if they could change how much I will get) when I got to the mountain shop I NEVER visited the blue and red hq bc I already got the dipper and port-o-hive and just skipped everything and grinded until I got everything in the mountain shop after that I grinded to get more bee slots and got to spirit bear (btw her quests are a pain 😭) anyways I also got the guards and honey mask (I also bought the red mask for extra damage) so I finally got petal wand which is super worth it I'm on my way on getting gummy mask and coconut canister which will cost a lot but I'm focusing more in gummy bc it's less expensive plus I don't play 25/8 so I'm not making that much honey lmao (I did quit bc I rage quit bc I was so close on killing coco crab but I died) I wish I saw this guides earlier and I would've turned out more better if I just saw this guides and followed it Thx for reading this long text until the end, keep grinding bss if u wanna be pro bc in the end it will all be worth it
Here's my order of purchasing items (starting from Top Shop and Red/Blue HQs): Red and Blue Guards Scythe Bubble Wand Glider Elite Red and Blue Guards Red Port-O-Hive Mondo Belt Beekeeper's Boots Beekeeper's Mask Regular Sprinkler (mistake) Golden Rake Silver Sprinklers Porcelain Port-O-Hive Full LVL 8 Hive Road to 35 bees! (currently at 31 be have 2 extra slots available) Rest I will follow this video's order. This video was very helpful!
basically what he said in order: Noob Shop: Canister Vacuum Basic Boots Belt Pocket Helmet Pro Shop: Compressor Super Scooper, Pulsar, Electromagnet Belt Bag Port O Hive Honey Dipper Hiking Boots Propeller Hat Glider: glider... Red+Blue Shops: Blue Guard and Red Guard Bubble Wand and Scythe Elite Red Guard and Elite Blue Guard Blue Port O Hive and Red Port O Hive Top Shop and Beyond: Beekeepers Boots Mondo Belt Bag Beekeepers Mask Silver Soakers Riley Guard and Bucko Guard Buy Slots until 35 Bees Porcelain Dipper Porcelain Port O Hive Honeycomb Belt Honey Mask Petal Wand Gummy Mask Coconut Canister Cobalt and Crimson Guards Coconut Clogs Demon Mask Petal Belt Gummy Boots Diamond Mask
My defendant on Scythe being better than rake : It isnt, I have my lowest pollen to highest pollen has a 7% difference only and it works 20% worse than rake
When i got to 25 bee zone, i saved for golden rake, got belt bag, got boots, helmet, porcelain dipper then porcelain backpack. Spark staff is very mid, its only good for the broken drive quest.
Great guide, but ngl rn Im late mid game and I bough both crimson and cobalt guard early I almost have the coconut canister and the extracts still werent so hard yet I had bought every thing else earlier, but a great guide has helped me and I can bet many others.
in the mountin top shop i bought the glider first before i knew this video existed so i had some knoghlege in my mind 6:10 if your a red hive i suggest you get the stuff in the red HQ so you get more pollen because your red and its the same with blue in my opinion
I feel like the elite red and blue guards are a waste. I think you should get the normal red and blue guard and save up for the Riley bucks guards. It saves so much more honey.
I’m just tryin to figure out what stage of the the game he is in cause on the one hand, all his stuff is early game except for the honey mask, implying he might be starting the midgame but then all of a sudden MY MANS JUST GOT THE GOD DAMN GUMMY BOOTS LIKE WHAT
In my opinion, you should get C&C Guards before Coconut Canister, because Blue and Red Extracts are easy to get, especially if you macro on blue and red fields, and I know that they also cost Glitter, Oil and Enzymes, but they're also pretty easy to get if you grind a lot, and C&C Guards are also more worth the price in my opinion, and for the Stingers, even if you don't get C&C Guards before Coconut Canister, you'll still be buying it anyways, so it won't be any harder getting Demon Mask.
Actually petal belt is a waste when u get second petal get windy bee you can get the petal belt after if you want but honeycomb belt is personally better
@@BoozHiro Petal Belt is like 10% better than the Honeycomb Belt, and it costs like 3x more than Honeycomb belt, (probably more considering the Honey and Star Jellies needed), and the passive is just Walmart Coin Scatter.
BTW something else u could do is after u get your red or blue gear get 30 bees then get all the stuff from mountain shop or top shop besides pocealin dipper and spark staff after 35 bees get the porcelain dipper and Riley guard and the other blue guard then just follow what the vid said
i’m not finished the video but if you haven’t mentioned it i’m here to say it! don’t buy the masks from the blue and red hq instead by the diamond, demon or honey mask depending on your hive
@@the_real_skateboard no wtf canister is almost impossible to get without proper gear, you have to have all possible gear you can get before grinding 20 b honey and a bunch of extracts, not getting guards is a waste of time in the end. Because you will have to get them anyway.
Now the spark staff is literally rewuired for the quest about fixing the robobear (it wont be needed for ppl who fixed it during beesmas buut it still can be taken, even when the bear is fixen)
you should get red back pack or blue with the bubble wand or red scythe then get a random red-blue field booster and your pretty much set it’s op.Or you can just get the golden rake idc
I dissagree on the petal belt part, you should definitely be getting windy bee after or maybe if u just cant wait before petal wand, also, id dissagree on not buying blue/red mask, they are kinda broken when grinding with their tools and stuff in their fields. Overall a great guide for new players
Tip! You should try to join a server with better people to get more items or profit off them! [Sorry rich people but we gotta do what we gotta do] It's also good to join the group to get haste from the dispensers
basically what beginner-mid mid gamers should buy in order porcelainDipper, honey mask, honey comb belt, crimson guard, 35 bee slots, porcelain port o hive, petal wand, cobalt guard, gummy mask
@@catmixplayz bro honey mask isnt that great u need soo many mark tokens to activate this passive this just isnt worth it better is blue and red bc they are much cheaper and dont have enormus cd on the passive only guiding stair have longer cd than this and by the time u get honey for coco canister you will have like 250 of those extrats if u using bledner and i dont thin gummy mask is soo much worth bc has almos usles coins scatter and gummy morph wich cost gumdrops to activate and at this point u arent redy for massive boost I think u pick demon first but u need to grind vicius bees so theere is that
thanks, was figuring out whether to get gummy mask or coco canister (because I have all mats for canister but it would take a long time to get the honey)
nah i dont think thats a good idea after u buy port o hive and honey dipper go for golden rake. golden rake is good if u cant get enough honey for good stuff after that save ur honey to buy glider, after that buy some empty hives and go for the porcelain dipper after that go for porcelain port o hive
BTW get the scissor form noob shop or pro to get the commando area cuz that the only way to unlock the commando Event bee order 1 Tabby 2 Photon 3 crimson and colbalt 4 festive And last PUPPY GET PUPPY LAST PUPPY = TRASH get fire mask for attack hive and use free time to afk stump when you get 25 bees USE THE ANT PASS for amulet to at least get extra better stats also save gum drops for gummy bee And save stinger for Vic bee (joke ideas) GET Spark stAAf iT sO oP iT does a trillion DPs So GEt it
Lol My order of kinda endgame stuff was Honey belt Honey mask Cobalt guard Crimson guard Petal wand Gummy mask The thing is inbetween the guards and coconut canister is a lot of time so I can stock up on extracts and I already have enough extracts I’m just lacking coconut drink and honey
