The price is still lower than Apple watch ultra and did you even look at the trade in options? It will end up costing you only $300? Why didn't you mention that?
After my trade in, my pre order discounts. My new ultra is 249.99 plus tax. Why bitch and moan about the price when you are too lazy to explore the discounts?
My Top 5 reasons why I bought the Ultra when I have a Watch6 classic. The price. With the trade in and offers you could get the Ultra for just $250. The design. Looks nothing like a TV and the new design means better features. And it's a classic look for watches since the 1920s (like ever since humans started putting a watch on their wrist). Who cares about the bezel when it appears they have fixed the issue with the bezel-less scroll feature. The raised bezel acts as a guide for your finger to always stay in that sweet spot. About the ONLY issue someone has mentioned that made me go "yeah, the bezel would be nice to have for that" is for divers to be able to navigate the watch while 90 meters down. Other than that, not having a bezel shouldn't matter. Now if we're talking about the Watch7....yes, I really hate that design. I like the look of it but I'm always missing the "sweet spot" or having my finger fall off the screen entirely. side note: this guy is like "man, I love the bezel and can't understand why Samsung took it away" meanwhile he's using a case that only allows for like 10% of the bezel to be useful. The battery life. This was the MAIN reason I got this. Not because I expect to get an extra day without charging it. I'm fine with the every other day routine. But now I can take advantage of an always-on-display without sacrificing that extra day's use like you would with the Watch6. side note: for someone SOOOOOOOOOOOOO concerned about the look of your watch, you'd think displaying the watch face would be PART of that look....but I guess not. Health features. Like GPS tracking that actually works and DOUBLE the sensors. That sensor one is huge for me being someone with a wrist tattoo I have to wear my watch6 a little lower on the wrist than I would prefer. If the bigger & better sensors can allow me to have the watch rest more comfortably then everything else (the price, the look) will be worth it. Updates. Like when they update the watch to map the quick button to whatever I want. Something like that may actually get me to use Samsung Wallet and start making purchases with my watch.
