I was in Bohol and Cebu along with my Filipina wife and our daughter. It was a blast for us! We enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We plan to fly back there in 2026. The only downside is that it's too hot. I believe the best month to visit the Philippines is from December to February when the temperature is cooler.
Please try to avoid using sunscreen as much as possible as it kill corals as it contain some chemicals that may affect sea lives further in the long run. Thank you and enjoy your vacation anywhere you may stay. Be safe....
Thanks for your appreciating remarks and truly our country is the best paradise in the world. With 3 big islands which make the country Philippines all these 3 big islands from north to south there is no wastage place you can found. You will not regrets to see my beautiful country. God bless you and take care.
visiting the philippines is really more fun if you plan each day's activities well. and ready in case something bad happens, you have other alternatives planned in advance
DO NOT rent a motorbike or scooter if you have not got a proper bike licence to ride one and definitely not if you have not got specific insurance to ride one. If you have a accident your holiday insurance WILL NOT cover you for the medical bills especially if you don't hold a bike licence.
Philippines is divided in 3 main island it's Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.. Luzon - Manila.. Visayas - Cebu.. Mindanao - Siargao.. well not all places but atleast you touchdown in the 3 main island of Philippines 👍😊.. come back next time for more beaches and nice places you miss here 😊
You said you’re trip you took 1 flight then go tell the route and you took 3. Manila to Cebu, Cebu to Siargao then you would have flown from Siargao to Manila or you stayed on Siargao? Smart is the better better phone carrier IMO.
Went diving in Cebu 15 years ago coming back soon to relax no more diving due to Injuries is it best to fly to Mailia first or just fly to Cebu from Thailand. Enjoyed your video Thank you
Great info Bekah! I wonder if anyone from the tourism board is taking notes of these kind of videos from foreign visitors and most importantly, planning the things to fix whatever gaps mentioned. On the other hand, I would still highly recommend that travelers get themselves vaccinated. No, I am not talking about Covid vaccine but shots for rabies, hepatitis, dengue, etc. A travel insurance should also be a no-brainer.
"planning the things to fix" - they have to fix their internal issues first before these happens. We've all complained for decades, nothing done - because internal issue (espcially in interest of hte country as oppose interest in oneself)
@@JojieCerteza I understand the gist of your comment and I agree. don’t worry, I’m not naive😉 Anyway, let’s not use her video as a platform to discuss that issue.
you forget to mention you need to bring insect repelant, spray or cream lotion lotion type. and I recommend to bring Anti diariya tablets and paracetamol.
It's a basic context comprehension. You look at tuktuks in Thailand, and you look at our trikes, then boom, you know what tuktuk she is referring. I bet you know that already but just want to complain. To me whether it's tuktuk or tricycle, or whatever, it wouldn't have me riled up about it because it's too insignificant. The foreigners can call them whatever they want. Tricycles are not just found in PH by the way. Heck, they have that in Egypt also.

@@johnmichaelcanares2633 My friend if you want to give some information, just make sure it's accurate. Philippine tricycles are often confused with the similar TUKTUK and AUTO RICKSHAW of neighboring countries. Philippine tricycles evolved from motorcycles with sidecars used during WORLD WAR 2 and are not derived from RICKSHAW. These tricycles also attach the passenger cab to the side of the motorcycle, in contrast to TUKTUK, which are not motorcycles but factory-built three-wheelers. This information is already in the internet.
