It is comfortable bag but I totally agree with the negatives. Sliding putter pocket adjustment is really annoying. I also had the previous version of BX and with this model it wasn't an issue. My (new) BX2 bag also had a tear just couple of months after I got it. Luckily mine was replaced by warranty. One of the great positive aspects of this bag is its material - it's really easy to clean and just will not take dirt in. Just wash under shower, rub a bit and it will look as new.
Hey man I just put towels in the putter pocket to raise or lower my putters that stick out of the bag. Then you don't have to touch the drawstring anymore to adjust 🤙🏽
Yet GripEQ has a lifetime warranty and will send you a new bag for free if there is an issue with yours. I bought my AX4 in Dec of 2019 and one of the straps has begun to fray at a seam July 2021 (the bag is still completely functional). I reached out about the wear and they've sent me a code for a replacement bag with free shipping, I just have to wait until they have stock on their site again (which is tomorrow).
Having to “register” a product especially at their price point is ridiculous. I could see having to provide receipt if they feel it’s not authentic but to not honor a warranty guarantee because of registration should be illegal. Any company that requires that should give u a bar code to scan{ like restaurants did during Covid for a menu)that auto registers to you
Same rip same shoulder. Getting a new one under warranty when the 2021 version comes out. Have to destroy the 2020. My other big gripe is some metal rings to clip towels and bag tags onto. The bag has zero - either use fabric on the shoulder straps or go through zipper holes which is not ideal.
@@TLK3 All I do is take pictures of torn GripEQ bags and soaking wet POUND bags when I see them. I think it is hilarious, every fan-boy gets a bunch or pics of torn bags in their DMs.
@@justabout30something I have 2 MVP bags my favorite being the Voyager Slim. The other is the normal sized one and it works great too. I really like how the side pockets fit a retriever and 2 tall-boy beers when appropriate.
you literally should've put the Warranty on before you even received it dude. Its lifetime, this is a terrible deterrent for people. This is also a 18 capacity bag and if you're over filling it it'll rip no doubt
Mine ripped as well - also my friend’s grip had torn. Won’t be buying another grip. The quality (despite what the market) is really not there for the price.
This channel is super underrated! You guys have quality content and you really know what you’re talking about. It’s also obvious that you care about the topics you talk about . Keep it up and thanks for the help!
Sorry man, you knew something had a lifetime warranty ONLY if you register, yet you never did? You can easily register it by looking through previous emails. I can't take this as an honest review since you didn't follow simple instructions.
