I have installed the moto torque crash guard and recently during my service, the guy said there are some cases of chassis breaking with third party crash guards (because it connects with the chassis with an additional screw) . I dont know, it just gave me second thoughts... Whats your say on this? Will it void the warranty of bike???

Yes that may happen if screws are loose, so just get them tightened up at Service center with correct torque and it won’t happen, outside workshops don’t tight it with correct torque or add any glue or adhesive to it so it comes loose over time, just tight them and you will be fine

You can get good quality first copy of bark-busters hand guard from 2000 to 3000 Rs only. There are other options also which are good to protect your levers.
