Very valid points, thanks. House hunting can be a nightmare and like you said if you're in a hurry, you'd settle for less. These days inspection cost some money. Imagine checking 15 houses and more for 3k each. One of the things I also inquire is Electricity availability, type of water supply wether borehole or water board, area security, car parking space . Further details are ease of transport, nearness to market or shopping centre, number of occupants per compound. When you are about to pay be sure you're paying into correct account, you can check with a neighbor. Scammers are real.

Yes, and their unclean habits. We need an El- Rufai type to head Abuja so we can turn it back into what it should be. It sounds bad but I hope they get bored and relocate somewhere else.
