You forgot to mention the beat case scenario for showing the range. alt+Click your level to see the range indicator for Exp Gain. If you have a difficult lane, you can quickly clear nearby camps and make sure you are barely in the range for experience. If the enemy doesn't see you, he's less likely going for the deny if he thi is he can push the lane, granting you a little more XP. I think this is a neat little trick.
@@zzadrianzz Thanks! Maybe we'll see a future video of you mentioning it. I haven't seen a reddit post or a RU-vid video about it. It's a thing I came up with on my own. It helps my friends in guardian and crusader so much to be effective as a pos 4/5. They finally know that they don't need to stand next to me. They can pull or stack in the right moment, just to walk back into experience range. And let's be honest: Who in ancient or divine has a perfect sense if you barely stand in experience range? I'm divine 1 and often stood too close when I offlane 1v2. It's a great offlanr tool. Maybe the most important
I have almost 1k tinker game with 72% winrate . I pissed so many player i think:) but i fuckin love this patch and yea, my tinker is gone … so i spam invoker in future
Did this patch feel like everybody got everything they ever wanted? Chen doesn't have to hunt through the jungle for RNG, Omni got his Degen back, Bloodseeker has a way to cancel TP during Rupture, Muerta can be punished less for feeding...
my 1st game in the new patch was with a Tinker main. He only found out about the new rearm right there--and we still won. From what I saw, Rearm not refreshing items doesn't break Tinker. Just means he has to focus refreshing his skills and actually work with the team to gank. And it's a huge plus for late game, since he can snowball with his new innate which gives him 1% item cooldown reduction for every 4 INT, upto 60%. So losing his ult's item refresh isn't all bad. Also, March of the Machines is way better for defending high ground. Shame they took away Heat-Seeking Missiles. Always sad to old spells and abilities go away.
Previously, talents use to determine paths for heroes, then lvl 30 meant late game, you could get both paths. Now that facets determine paths, we might get lvl 40 or something where you get the other facet 😂
That would be cool af but level 40 would take so freaking long with the amount of xp it would require. Maybe a shrine somewhere on the map where you can swap facets during the match.
Bro complaining about io Innate, meanwhile my baby mirana has 20% increased healing lotus bonus -.- yeah i think we have other places to work on first, what a joke. Imagine you get this as a mirana player and you see lifestealer casually beeing able to strong dispel himself while disabled ... makes sense
The grimstrike reveal for 4 seconds when hitting an enemy too xD good at laning but then what, mid-late game you're not rightclicking the enemies but instead just casting spells. I just don't see any use of it right now. Maybe an enchanted quiver could be a thing.
innates dont change the hero much, while facet is a bit tricky. you dont have to learn everything at the same time, just try spam hero and try to master the essential stuff. i suggest ward spots, farm patterns, power spikes, and ganks
I uninstalled dota 2 .when valve so something about low priority system only then I am Gonna install dota 2 . I have shitty country when I open dota and either electricity or internet always goes down while on game and wolla I got LP after LP . I even got LP while on LP game holy shit
Canceled subscription to dota+ and deleted the game. All the last updates for last 2 years - it is just too much - adding all the news mechanics on top of each other. After almost 20 years i can't handle dota, it feels like total chaos to me now, maybe i am just too old. But it is hard to imagine how new players are feeling.
With the glyph change. Before when you had wiped the enemy but couldn't push due to glyph, now you can go highground, take the t3, take the ranged rax, go to another lane, take the t3 and the ranged rax, and then finally take the melee rax. Basically destroying their whole base while they only get a single glyph if it wasn't already on cd for something else
Or just go straight T4 with no more Glyph shenanigans. Been finding success playing heavy pusher comp by doing just that since rarely do people have buybacks at min 25-28.
IO innate should be increase WARDS vision, increase the wards stack in shops, IO is immune to all Vision Obstruction (yes including highgroud). Why? you know for a Lorewise beyond Godlike being who's present everywhere and anywhere, atleast give this ball of light some lore accurate stuff being an all seeing ball
With that logic Enigma should be able to get a global whole map covering blackhole. Why? you know for a Lorewise beyond Godlike being who's omniversal, atleast give this being of darkness some lore accurate stuff being a fundamental entity from elder titan.
> this patch forced all hero to change > In result, it create unbalance > Some hero got innate ability that useful for whole game > Some hero got innate ability that only usedul for rune war at 0.00 > Some hero got joke innate ability that very situational, like are they forcing us to play certain way? > Facet also suffer same problem > Some hero got well balance facet, there are some benefit offered by both facet. > Some hero got joke facet, one facet is clearly superior compared to the other . Example hero got it good Sandking > Innate ability usefull throughout whole game, got good facet choice: aggressive sand storm or stealth sandstorm Example hero got it shit Magnus > Innate ability bad, bad facet choice: one facet make magnus ultimate didnt synergy with his other skill
I won't argue Magnus's new facet is fucking glonky, but it's still amazing how some players utilize it to great effect anyway. Saw a clip of one player landing a 4-man Horn Toss, skewering them from torm to tower, then using Reverse² Polarity to push them closer to his OD. Still, facets show that Valve/Icefrog can get more creative than that and actually make it work. Best example is Witch Doctor with 3 facets. His innate aside, basically, they took away the bonus bounce damage from his Cask, set that as his 1st facet, and made it stronger. 2nd facet, damage instead of heal with his 2nd skill, & 2 targets with Death Ward for his 3rd facet. Pretty great IMO Granted, talents were also glonky when they were introduced. Lots of meh underwhelming talents, and real OP ones like Drow's 50% cooldown reduction. Innates & Facets are a great concept to implement, and hopefully, Valve will change them to better ones in the future.
The new innate is quite neat, at least for Venomancer players, it means you get to have more spells that you can utilize during runefight and 1st wave laning. Another great thing going for Veno is the Patient Zero facet. This one is borderline broken with how much dmg and havoc it causes during teamfight. It's even better in combo with Soulbind as you'll be infecting 2 targets which will then spread it twice over. But I guess this buff facet on Veno just balances out the fact that the change in scepter is quite disappointing. RIP Poison Nova, you'll be missed. The change in shard isn't so bad since it kinda upgraded the previous Latent Toxicity into as it's now embedded in Venomous Gale, which means multiple targets can now be inflicted with the said LT effect. However, it also means that you'll have to find another alternative item to be able to break Linken's sphere protected targets. With all that, I can guess that they'll probably balance it out later on by swapping the effect of his Scepter and Patient Zero facet.
when you called ip's innate trash I unsubscribed lol idk how you can think this is bad??? 300 extra range is massive kunkka has NO innate and doesn't want to level torrent or x lvl 1 still
Im not a tinker player but i gave him a go because march was such a good ability back in the day, greaves, kaya, aghz, wind waker, arcane blink, octarine You can end up with a 16 sec cd on greaves 4 on wind waker 3 on arcane lol just spam q and march in fights and matrix as needed its pretty nuts
I don't feel angry when they say this, i feel happy because these are the same people who are toxic and grief a lot so its much better that they quit the game instead of ruining it for others
I'm very happy with this update, I think valve are doing a good job at keeping the game fresh. Although I can't imagine how daunting this game must be now for a new player. When I started playing over a decade ago it already seemed so complex with lots of mechanics
Buff tinker 33 % winrate wtf Nerfed everything about him Gave him a bullshit facet and innate 4 intel = 1% cooldown untile 60% If buy get 240 intel octarine core arcane blink yoy still cant chain blink
I don't care tinker, I mostly overwhelmed this stupid builds witch came with this patch. like sf with Y&K who always in my team and always lose or mid warlock trying to farm Heart.
Im so happy that toei (that magnus clip in the vid was used) he was the 3 legendary black hole guy But this time he saw someoneelse do the legendary clip hahahahahahah
I hope you do all Facets later also in custom matches Instead of doing demo mode in the demo map, you can do the demo settings in a custom dota 2 5v5 map. How to do that?
All I can think about Magnus' Reverse Reverse Polarity is that it can be a counter-initiate to the enemies. Of course, we have to think the next thing after that.
it's funny inside of Mars Arena, but ofc then it requires a good Arena first. And you still have no good follow up. Reverse Reverse Polarity only has a slighly larger radius, so idk when it would ever be better than regular rp
It's good when the enemy team are one carry dependent since they would likely group too close to protect the pos 1. Especially when the pos 1 is performing well and the others are behind. . Imagine a scenario when initiating, separating them away and focus on the unprotected pos 1. It's really chaotic to pull off though
@@DefenderMrBags That sounds fine in theory, but there's no way it's *better* than rp. The only thing I can think of where it'd actually be beneficial for enemies to be spread apart is spectre. RRP + Spectre could be strong ig, but idk if that's worth.
after seeing reverse reverse polarity, we now have an idea how to isolate one. there are times that rp the whole team including the tank is not good. with a few tune up, this is anti range carry.
Most 5 lvl ability innates are rubbish though. Also a lame cop out. There was an opportunity to make each hero more unique, but they just lazily slap their passives as 'new' innates and call it a day. All that changed from getting an extra free level is a shitty passive at the beginning of the game that you still need to level. Either Valve needs to adjust the numbers or give heroes unique innates like Dawn or Treant, or utility ones like Timber, or snowball innate like Tinker or Naix. Laugh at Tinker mains all you want for the Rearm change, but max 60% item CD is no joke in late game.
I have a suggestion for an io facet. "io has an alternate cast option on tether that pulls his ally towards him as opposed to him towards his ally and gives his ally a basic dispel." We need to push for this to be a facet
I'm not hyped, I'm disappointed. This patch goes against the flow of things in the online game genre. Dota is already complex and the matches take too long. The game needed something to speed up things and have less 'dead time'. We don't need more complexity, we need less time per match and more action.
@@alexm.3968 go play league. DotA is not meant to be played as a refreshing way to pass time. It's meant to make skill expression as versatile as possible.
