Hello my lovely angels!
Recently I felt called to do something very different than what I am used to. I decided to be open, honest and vulnerable about some mental health problems that I have been dealing with for as long as I can remember. I know that I am not alone and this my attempt at building community and trying to find people who are struggling with the same things as me, as well as my attempt to heal, grow and work through my trauma.
I have never done anything like this before so please be kind. At the very least I hope this video speaks to you and at the very most I hope to make a new friend!
