I've been feeling this way for a week or so now. It's hard because I crave to be productive but I have no motivation. I'm kinda late to life. I didn't start working till I was 22 years old (due to very bad anxiety), I got my first car this month and I'm 25 now, I won't have my GED till maybe October of this year, so I always feel like I'm playing catch-up with life and it gets really overwhelming and I end up comparing myself to where others are in their lives. This video really did help me calm down and just go easy on myself. Thank you! ^~^

I live in western Washington State and wanna hike but it rains so friggen much. I don't like hiking in the rain. So I get lazy and play video games unless it happens to get nice out. But sometimes doing nothing but hanging out at home watching movies and being lazy is just really, it just feels nice.

Sounds a lot like me with my PTSD. I get depressed a lot. I can’t work and a person needs purpose. Very hard to get motivated to even get out of bed. You might look into seeing somebody. I take antidepressants and they help some but not always. I got triggered Sunday and didn’t sleep much for two days and today is Friday. Feeling a little better. I strongly suggest seeing someone. It would probably help and it couldn’t hurt. Hope this helps a little. Know you aren’t alone.

I needed this I've been feeling burnt out for a while now and I haven't been the afforded anytime to stop. When I think about my problems and how other people can succeed at them with more challenges that I don't have to deal with (i.e kids) I feel hopeless. I feel like I'm not cut out for life and don't deserve the goals and dreams I have for myself. My semester just ended and I feel numb. My rooms has been a mess for months and I wonder if I can ever get my room or my life together again and move on. Tentatively, I want to say that I'm getting better. Today I made whole wheat bread, sang a few songs, and plan on finishing my loc maintenance. I have a job interview tomorrow and I hope to take a walk before I go.

its completely fine to feel this way, get rest and dont feel guilty for not being "productive", because you need rest, so if you get rest then you are being productive.

When I have these moments I go outside and just breathe the fresh air it helps to motivate me to start my day sometimes I'm out there for several hours but it works the longer I stay inside the more likely I won't do anything that day
