I have been called a loner, but I myself I am a happy human being for I was born this way, I enjoy my own company and have less stress about my surroundings, I do talk to people whom I stay with but most of my time I am by myself and everyone who knows me understands me, my family of course they are used to me because I have been this way since I was a little child, I am my own friend and my life does not have complications, I love myself very very much.

Not depending on another person to make you happy is the best gift you can give yourself.

I came from a large family, 8 children and both my parents had large families. As a child growing up we always had company and chaos was my normal life. Now that I’m following a more spiritual path, solitude has become a whole new experience. After watching this video, I don’t feel guilty for wanting time alone. I am learning so much about myself & it’s beautiful❤. Thank You❤

I like to be alone for a while. It gives me a nice feeling. It brings me rest.

Our word “alone” has digressed or regressed from its original “all one”. Solitude has within it “sol” = sun or light, our Divine Flame. “Ititude” is actually a perspective, so we are seeing from our inner Light, which is always unconditioned love, our natural state state . Taking breaks to re-member who we are is essential, our essence.

I've been living alone without my wife for about a year now. And i think I am starting to love being a single father. I love having my time to myself and my time for my kids. God bless and just love always!🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

Why so many of us choose to be single, Hunt all the time, Nature peace etc.. Not about the hunt so much as the nature, alone, test, Peace. You find out much of the shit you did in life was because its what you thought people wanted you to do, so you did it. You want to find whom you really are. Spend a year alone.. Occasional trips to store etc, you get some contact yes, but 90% of your time being alone is awesome. Done it 70% of my life about, an I actually love people. Good ones.

Single mom here and spending Christmas alone with my 2 kids 5 year old and 1 year old. I find peace my happiness especially when raising kids alone . It's very isolating but better than being in a narcissistic relationship. I learnt to embrace my loneliness and love my kids and self more and not care about anyone else or what people think or say.

I use to take it as my only way to recharge till it become addictive. Thank you I was feeling guilty lately now I can face the society ❤❤❤

Aloneness is awesome. Loneliness is not. To be alone and happy, one must like themselves, find curiosity in oneself, be present. The book 30 Days to Overcome Loneliness by Harper Daniels has some good mindfulness exercises I liked.

Im an “ambivert” i enjoyed staying inside and feeling exhausted when im out or being around so many people! I love being in solitude, there’s so much peace! I just wanted to go out with friends or family when it’s an intentional bonding or socialization. I love doing solo traveling at my age of 56 where i can truly enjoy the place and scenery and to connect with nature!

I have always liked solitude. I've had people ask if I was bored growing up without my siblings. Or was I lonely. I wasn't. I enjoy it. I can think clearer and love reading and often do so whenever I get an opportunity. As an adult I still enjoy time alone very much. At times because there are more people around me, I can often feel a great need to be in solidarity.

I like to be ALONE... I was often alone as a young child....& do not " fear " spending time alone..... rather it helps me progress on my own "inner spiritual path" without outside interference from others.... nevertheless I mingle with others , but prefer those who are "positive" in outlook & state of mind...... I never chose solitude. Over time Ive just found that no one wants to be around me. So here I am at 45 wondering do I just wait for my time to go now. Considering that wait might be another 50% of my life.....which is frightening.

I would like to hear your prerspective about the spiritual duties of parents and the role they play in the evolution of humanity. I'm a private teacher, and sometimes I realize the lack of spiritual education in modern times. Even I get rejection from parents who do no want their children to listen about the universal laws and principles that rule the universe.

Modern society has warped the average persons mind & i find it hard to truly connect with others besides superficial interactions. Sometimes, i wonder if im in the wrong but resources like this make me confident that i can only continue to grow productively
