Im curious to know if an actual Engineer is onsite to assess and evaluate the existing structure, the condition of the soil. I pray to God they have experienced engineers onsite when they start that infrastructure .. last thing we need is for them to build something that will collapse again because of lack of experience builders . Jamaicans love shortcuts just so they can line their pockets . Yes i said!!!!! Good luck!
