Russia is in Ukraine because it's hostile. You can't 'force peace' on a willing aggressor who wants to hurt/damage the other party. Same for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and ISIS.

Their sources: the Secret Services and Security Agencies from neighbours nations to Ukraine, except Russia. And I talking about Bulgary, Hungary, Poland, Turkey and even the mossad.
