Good to see you looking out for the elderly. The Mandeville hospital will not do any thing than give him appointment after appointment. I am dealing with the same issue with another senior citizen from my Parish in clarendon .Just like mass nevi said .if he has to pay it will cost him over two hundred thousand dollars.
