@@4AIM108 There's a difference between guilty and accused, right ? If someone is accused of false rape case then, there should be investigation and the said person will be called "Accused". That doesn't necessarily mean he has done any wrong but he's suspected of doing so. When his crimes are legally proven then he could be called "guilty". So there's clear difference between guilty and accused. If someone is guilty of rape, then he'll be punished. If he's accused then he'll be investigated. Simple. Although, I agree women have too much constitutional power and they can misuse it and ruin a person's life. But the person in question here has multiple allegations in different cases. They're not made by the same person, so the chance of it being genuine is more. If Mamata refuses to accept that fact then she's obviously shielding potential criminals. That makes her either an accomplice or the head of criminals.
