@Exhume2Consume use non-slip grips for sticks so your hands can relax. also do stretching. if the way youre doing anything is painful, change how youre doing it so its not painful. pain is your body saying hey idiot, youre damaging me! you have to be careful w your hands and wrists bc if youre doing something wrong w them long enough you can develop carpel tunnel which i believe is permanent nerve damage. ergonomics is key.
I feel like I’m the only one with the mid back pain and haven’t found a good solution for it. I sit down on a thrown or seat without a backrest and it hurts instantly
@jamy313 and then that doctor is going to refer you to a chiropractor duh!?! they specialize in this so how would it be rubbish? i got injured playing basketball went to my personal doctor n he sent me to a sports doctor aka Chiropractor. -_-
