@@neomalapane8147 if you have that kind of money you can buy investment watches. But he owns all the farmland along with Blackrock and is a bond like evil villain so screw him
@Neo Malapane hyper customized mansion that costs an insane amount of money has exactly 0 potential buyers. Just look at MJ struggling to sell one that's way cheaper. Plus Bill Gates has a private jet, does burn an insane amount of money and have no resale value.
It’s not just the dial it’s the watch itself. All other Tiffany blue pateks are regular 5711’s but this one is the only one that is the perpetual calendar reference
with a moon phase 😮💨 def in the 10m‘s (he prob paid no more than 120k tho) was the same with the tiffany&co 5711 could only purchase if invited and cost about 80-90k then one of them sold at auction for like 6.4m 🤣
First and foremost, I’m not defending Jeff Bezos, but space travel and those who have come before. It’s not a typical jacket. It’s a flight suit. And he’s not just wearing it outside on his jacket, that should be considered a crime, I agree. It’s what Astronauts do when they are in their flight suits. Just tradition. Even in environments when there is no EVA’s like a Spacewalk, and yes even in low orbital environments, those in space still wear their watches on the outside. It’s definitely only for tradition or to pose, but I mean the guy went to space on a rocket he owns- so he can do whatever he wants to fit in, I reckon.
It is how you wear space watches, dives watches too they are meant to be worn over something and it is why they have bracelet exentesion or large band, don't talk too fast boi
100k buys you some decent watches tough… I think if you’re a enthusiast you will likely stop with Pateks, Langes and historic pieces. You get them all for around 100k max. (Except for the historic ones maybe). I think a real enthusiast won’t be likely to buy a RM or J & Co. They are building nice watches but they don’t have the history and aren’t known for outstanding finishing or craftsmanship / complications that were revolutions for the market.
Broke people in the comment mad at rich people its hilarious and these stupid low class people don’t know that millionaires and billionaires not spending their money only hurts them 😂 them splurging makes the society move
To the mad broke people in the comment section They got this inferiority complex haha just be honest and say yep I’m jealous i want to buy that or even if I don’t i want it i want to be rich enough to be able to buy that like its nothing. These mentality will help you grow. Embrace that they are in a higher position than you in society and work hard.
I love luxury watches but at the end of the day it’s just a prestige thing, bill gates Casio tells him the same time as a AP and he’s probably just as happy with it
the watches rappers wear are most likely replicas that are iced out (diamonds probably fake too) as soon as you ice out your timepiece, the value drops significantly
Ummm,, the MoonSwatch is designed to be a cheap affordable speedmaster, so like ofc the speedmaster looks like the moonswatch, its the same dam watch 😂😂😂😂@dilly7551
I bought a timex expedition like 30 years ago or so. Kept great time and looked great up until about 2 months ago. I went back and bought a similar warch for about $40.
Just got my dream watch, an Omega sea master (007 version) with a titanium strap. A jeweler that my grandma and mom have done business with for years is going to stop carrying omega so they had a sale. Got it for 25% off.
@@pandabear1576 no, just because they have taste. I'm sorry if you chose a jacob and co or RM over any vacheron constantin, AP, even Omega, you just don't know what beauty is, you have no respect for watches history, you just want to flex without knowing nothing about watches. Just like these type of people would choose a 700 dollar printed gucci tshirt over a beautiful tailored french or italian suit. The real luxury is having a subtle gorgeous timepiece that connaisseurs will spot, not having the most extravagant visible horror on your wrist just to flex. BTW i'm 19.
@@Westcoast3d2aOmega is definitely not worth the money, Great watches but as soon as you buy it resale value tanks, goes from a 7k watch to near 4500$ 🤣🤣
When you’re a billionaire you don’t actually have to wear a fancy watch. Because everyone already knows you’re rich. Wearing a cheap watch is actually a cool move, because it’s like I’m not playing the show-off games that you “rich” people with a few million play, I’m on a whole other level.
There is more to expensive watches than showing off. Exept maybe Rolex and Richard Mille, most high horology brands are pretty low key. But they are built to the highest standard, with beautiful finishing and intricate movements. For example, just look at A. Lange & Söhne, their watches are pieces of art that you can wear, but they are also very subtle. Or Credor, those watches are even more subtle, even though they cost tens of thousands of dollars. If you wear one of those watches, no one except watch nerds will care.
@@floridaboybrandon954 I didn't say "owner of Tiffany, Bernard Arnault" because everyone knows that the owner of Tiffany is Bernard Arnault. Boy, you gotta attend your writing class
Bernard's Patek is a piece unique made specifically for him... it will never be sold while he's alive... but it will fetch at least 10 mil if it went to auction
If you think these are the only watches these guys own then you’re tripping. Bernard has on a 3M dollar watch that would probably sell for 5 because he had it on
One on one the Bernard arnault 's. Knowing the few ones without the perpetual calendar go for over 6 millions at auctions, i cannot imagine a price tag on this one.
Who actually give a single fck what watch some dude wears? Holy fck I watch a couple pawn shop videos and now I’m getting watch and shoe shorts non stop. I’m commenting because I cant believe people are actually interested in a literal waste of time and money, aka a watch.
You only see watches as some rich person fashion flex. But learn about hourology and the history of watches, and things become a lot more interesting. That and some of these things are just beautiful to look at
Billionaires are already rich and recognized. So naturally they don’t have any needs to show off, unless you are in the luxury business like the LVMH chairman.
No the richest man in the world would belong to a son or father of one of the oil tycoons in Saudi Arabia. They don't report their net worth but some of those families are estimated to have trillions of dollars.
