@@BakerLegate-zh6bh Considering that Ken appeared as Barbie's boyfriend and a companion to the franchise, that pretty much defeats the purpose of your "woman hating man" argument. Plus, the guy who touched Barbie in the back deserves that punch anyways. It's not a propaganda, that's just karma.
I legit saw barbie in a theater right next to one showing Oppenheimer, and could hear huge booming explosions during emotional character moments it was hilarious
I went to see the Barbie first and left disgusted 🤢, then I went to see Oppenheimer it was incredible... the ending gave me chills, the sound mix was amazing and worth it 💥
Is that really in the movie? Really seems to downplay the horrors of its use... Particularly on civilian populations, where military targets were available. I wonder if unit 731 and what the Japanese did would be mentioned... And how the Americans freed the war criminal scientists for their own bio weapon campaign. And how the war criminal politicians were also freed to lead Japan for America's interests
Everyone after the Barbie movie seemed so happy with their lives. Everyone walking out of Oppenheimer today was silent. The contrast was striking. I loved it
Barbheimer inspires me.. My parents said if i get 35K followers They'd buy me a professional camera for recording..begging u guys , literally Begging...
Yeah those who watched barbie had their brains dumbed down to a senseless mess of woke vomit The other movie leaves a mature and grave message that wakes people up to the reality of the harsh material world we live in I'll remain awake thanks you go back to sleep sheep
It's utterly dead. You memers ruin it along with all the: Parents bringing their babies, teenagers talking the entire movie, adults talking the entire movie, 90% of the audience bringing out their cellphones to text thinking that their low light setting is invisible instead of still totally visible in a dark theatre. You all go to the movies to do anything BUT STFU and watch the movie. Thank god movies are out within 1.5-2 months on streaming now instead of 6.

How good of them to release both movies really close to each other. Gotta watch something fun and relaxing after the dark, gritty and tense moments from Barbie
On a serious note, I can say this after watching both movies that if you're gonna watch Barbenheimer then watch Barbie before Heimer as Oppenheimer is going to stay with for a long time trust me. A revolutionary man's dilemma will keep revolving in your mind even while watching a fun movie. Great job Nolan 🫡
For real we were watching Barbie and during the climax where there was no music we could here the blast sound(Oppenheimer's vision) from the theater to the left of us lol
If you want a lighg hearted and comedic story watch Oppenheimer. If you want a dark and gritty story about war and the effect it has on lives watch Barbie.
LMAO. During the scene where that one lady gives her rant at Weird Barbie’s House. The moment she finishes and it’s silent, from the next room, you could hear the rumbling from the bomb being set off during Oppenheimer.

I saw Barbie in Prime and Oppenheimer in 70MM everything was just fine, but I saw Sound of Freedom in regular Lazer and Oppenheimer was clearly playing in the theater above us. Our entire theater was shaking so loudly because of Oppenheimer. It was crazy.
The explosion in Oppenheimer was crazy. Sounds obvious but thankfully they delayed the sound because that's what would happen, you'd see the explosion but the shockwave and sound would take at least 15-20 seconds to arrive with how far away they were

The Oppenheimer explosions were so goddamn loud. I was watching Barbie and I heard them from the cinema next to us. And then I went to see Oppenheimer, AND HOLY SHIT were they loud.
Bro I just went and saw the Barbie movie a few minutes ago and as I was walking into the theater with my sister, we were joking about if we told the workers we were going to see Oppenheimer while being in our fully pink, very obviously Barbie-inspired outfits 😂
Barbie-inspired outfits would actually go well with a 50s nuclear test on Bikini Atoll(pun purely coincidental). Imagine watching Castle Bravo going off in 1954 while dressing up like Barbie with weld goggles!
Found out this morning that Warner Bros. set the release date of Barbie at the same time as Oppenheimer to retaliate against Nolan for leaving them because they screwed him and 17 other directors over in 2021. The executives at WB are actually evil.
@@d9zirable the following text belongs to David Mullich, posted on Quora: Christopher Nolan left Warner Bros. because he was unhappy that the company released his film Tenet (as well as other films on its 2020 and 2021 release slate) on its HBO Max streaming service day-and-date with his film’s theatrical release. Here is what Nolan said when Warner Bros. announced their plans : “Some of our industry’s biggest filmmakers and most important movie stars went to bed the night before thinking they were working for the greatest movie studio and woke up to find out they were working for the worst streaming service.”[1] Nolan is making his next film, a biopic about J. Robert Oppenheimer and the development of the atomic bomb, at Universal Pictures. Nolan’s deal with Universal includes a 100-day theatrical window during which the company would not release the film on a streaming service.[2] Warner Bros. now admits that they made a mistake in not discussing their day-and-date streaming plans with the affected filmmakers before announcing it to the public. WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar admitted, “We endeavored to do the right thing in terms of communication [but] in hindsight, we should have taken the better part of a month to have the 170 conversations” with the filmmakers represented on the Warner Bros.’ film slate.[3] Footnotes [1] Christopher Nolan Rips HBO Max as “Worst Streaming Service,” Denounces Warner Bros.’ Plan -- www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/business-news/christopher-nolan-rips-hbo-max-as-worst-streaming-service-denounces-warner-bros-plan-4101408/ [2] Here's Everything Christopher Nolan Demanded from Universal For His Oppenheimer Movie - IGN -- www.ign.com/articles/christopher-nolan-universal-demands-oppenheimer [3] WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar Is Disappointed He Will Probably Lose His Job -- variety.com/2021/digital/news/warnermedia-ceo-jason-kilar-losing-job-discovery-merger-1235076376/
I keep seeing all these comments talking about how you can hear the Oppenheimer explosion from the theater next to the one showing Barbie, and so now I really want to go see Barbie just for the sake of maybe hearing an explosion next door. Neither movie is even the one I'm looking forward to the most right now, but I can imagine just how priceless that moment must be. 😂
Same, the movie I'm actually looking forward to the most is Talk To Me by A24, but these memes are starting to convince me to see Barbie and Oppenheimer back to back 😅
@@rurubelle2920 Yeah, same! Haunted Mansion's the one I'm anticipating the most, but explosions in the middle of Barbie almost sounds too amazing to pass up. 😂
Wait until you find out it’s all just a marketing campaign and there is nobody actually making these comments, and it’s just a thousand bots claiming they could hear Oppenheimer explosions during Barbie 😱
This actually happened while I was watching Barbie. My chair and body was shaking because of the sound waves from the speaker next door and we could hear the explosion and it was long

Deadass was watching barbie by the oppenheimer theater and while waiting on the movie to start i heard the loudest rumble ive ever heard from a theater next door
I remember Oppenheimer was playing right next to barbie when I was watching it, and i got like 20 minutes early to the function so we could hear all of the explosions
this video is getting fucking VIRAL, its gaining so many views in just amount of time. it got 1.4m in 6 hours of being released. With the meme hype, title, thumbnail and of course the actual video itself which is hilarious and well put together, video is bound to get more views.
the cinema next to me was playing oppenheimer when i was watching barbie 💀 a character was giving a heartfelt speech and then there was a large bomb sound next to us 💀
I WAS watching Oppenheimer next to a sold out barbie show, and people watching Oppenheimer were talking about barbie. Whatever the hell was playing on the other side of me was still making loud thumping noises during diologue
bro I watched Oppenheimer yesterday and when the nuclear bomb scene happened, it went entirely quiet, but you could still hear the movie next to the one we were in so we just heard the remix of "Im a barbie girl" while the bomb made its mushroom
Watching Barbie next to an IMAX theatre showing Oppenheimer would actually be funny, I’d imagine you can hear all the explosions from the other room lol
Imagine watching a movie about a world changing event that will make you see society in a different way and then having Oppenheimer interrupting ur experience from a different theater.
Oppenheimer won't make you see society in a different way. But it can change how you see scientists. I'm not shure if Nolan really made Oppenheimer dirty, or he really was a bad guy. (I don't know his biography, I'm more of science nerd), but anyway I know some great scientists, who, at the same time, are bad persons. And this movie made me look at them from another point of view. The ending was prolonging, and for my taste felt like it doesn't really belongs to that story. But that's overall was a great film
