If memory serves, that was most reactions when it initially aired. We saw Rhaegal nope out of there right after his bro went down. I assume he went back to Dragonstone and that Drogon stayed back while Dany waited for Jon to ride up to the wall.

Except this is a bad example. What Tyrion is talking about is not only important, its literally been the driving motivation and foundation of everything that has happened in this entire series. Legacy is the premise of the entire saga, and the concern of virtually every main character.

But after so many seasons of near misses and painful gut punches, it was bitter sweet with a ton of fan service.

Actually, the reason it makes no sense is much more simple: the "3 eyed raven" is not a mystical entity or a set a powers, is merely the nickname of that specific greenseer. He wanted to pass his name to Bran as a sort of legacy, but is more of a symbolic thing. Also, the Night King exists only in the tv show, and he has random powers, while greenseer powers are quite standard. So, if you can call that "solid theory", I can call "solid theory" him being Ashara Dayne.

Arya is playing the game of faces with her. How is that hard to understand. Arya knows when someone is telling the truth. We got a whole season of it.

@@avonbarksdale91 because in the end of this storyline, it’s shown that no, she wasn’t playing the game of faces With Sansa. They were in it together to get Littlefinger. Somehow scheming together to do it. In scenes we never see. So the scene when Sansa finds the faces under Arya’s bed doesn’t even matter. Nor does the one where Arya confronts her about the message she sent to Robb. Sorry, it makes zero sense. Just like the rest of seasons 7 and 8. And a bunch of 5 and 6 really.

Yawn. There’s less storylines going on so yeah it would be faster. How many different families and storylines were there in earlier seasons?!? Most of those people are dead.

@@avonbarksdale91 I disagree: rushed writing has nothing to do with the number of characters but with the pacing, which is a technical question. The fact is that the show excels when it embraces patience, character development and detail and some of these qualities are beginning to fade in season 7.

at the start of the show noboy complains about this but at the end of the show nobody can stand it. I JUST WISH I COULD SEE MORE SCENES OF PPL TRAVELING!!! ppl have nit picked this show because it became popular enough to hate. Was the fellowship of the walker are horrible idea? Of course. Should Gendry have been able to run back to the wall, send the raven, just so Dany can arrive to save them before they all freeze to death or pick a fight with zombies? No. Did Drogon need Jon's help to cover the rescue? No. Does Sansa not recall where raven scrolls come from? No, she had to ask LF because Maesters have never been responsible for those ever? Is Arya the worst? Yes, because otherwise all they would talk about is grain at Winterfell and that is boring so manufactured drama is the name of the game and the Bran-2000 is a cheat. Are the Starks truly playing out some farce to mess with LF? Bran's actor straight up said they filmed a scene about unveiling LF's intentions that got cut, guess why. Why does Tyrion think his sister would care about the WWs? Because PLOT (I don't believe anyone who watched this show legit believed it either). Didn't Varys use to have spies and broad realm issues he worried about? Yes but now he is just there to nag Tyrion as Hand and vanish offscreen to think about his impending death thanks to Melisandre. Who knows?
