@gohawks3571 it's hard when I can't even get up some days 😅 I see my peers living normal lives and its hard to even imagine it at this point. Ask a doctor about surgery and they'll just tell me I'm too young for surgery. 😅😭🙃

I hear you; might not be the same thing, but after being sick so long with COVID, I had plantars fascitis for a whole year😭 It hurt so bad, and I was trying so hard to function. Like standing on nails every day. But got up and about, and it got a better. I know it might not seem like it works, but look up exercises for different pains. Maybe you can even get physical therapy? Because if you can strengthen the muscles around that spot, or wherever is relevant, you will have less pains. Moving funny related to your pain will give you more pain. You may even need a cane or something. I hope you can find what you need, and I hope my advice helps a little ✌️
