@@digiwalks I've traveled for years and always look for the best for the US dollar. I've enjoyed many years in eastern Europe and good times in Bangkok however the best considering housing, transportation, food both eating out and grocery, Wi-Fi, safety and friendly culture... from what I've seen on your and other videos Hua Hin is a best bet for sure.
Yes but there's more affluent modern expansive areas of town even in Hua Hin... large malls with more mainstream chain type restaurants. Large hotels. Thailand isn't all like that. I think that area is more down in the south side of town near the railway station. I haven't been there for years
