I think the biggest difference between Jam republic and other groups, is because they treated it like a performance, not just a dance show. You are completely right, it did feel like a concert. American choreographer tend to do that a lot with choreography, the dance moves don’t always have to be difficult, or the coolest stunts. It’s a groove, it’s an actual performance and the dancing goes a long with the words and brings it all alive in front of you. Which in turn, makes it very fun to watch.
I loved this and I think one point to stand out is that Kristen as the vocalist didn't overdo her parts, they gave the vocalist simple looking but elaborate movements, focusing on the waist rythm. I think that's very thoughful from the choreographer since Hwasa mostly sings live, and that helps the performer keep her voice steady. Very PRO tho 👌👊
Jam Republic was sexy and clean...very different than the rest for sure. I think it took the song to another level. I know they are in S Korea but international teams were invited to add something different so I hope international teams are given a strong consideration even if it's not in a standard Kpop way or Korean style in general. Some of the performances were too "safe" for my liking. Love these guys, they are so hype for good moves and performances regardless of where the team is from. Thank You!!

Not to be biased but, I think 1 Million and Jam Republic suits Hwasa concept. 1 Million has an advantage in this mission because 1 Million has been Mamamoo's choreographer several times, and they really know Mamamoo's style. As we know Hwasa's concepts are mature and sexy. But if this song was made for trendy purposes and a dance challenge, I choose Bebe for the best choreography. Bebe choreography is very fun, cool, trendy, and fits the song so well.
you hit this comment hard on the head. Bebe won the dance challenge because MAJORITY of the people danced to their choreo than JamRe and 1mil. 1mil is Hwasa coded but then its really not super fun to danced with. People choose Bebe's choreo in the end.
Agree Koreans stick to there own style they do not like changes honestly I think JR are a threat to them no offence to anyone our Wahine Toa took on there challenges and did amazing especially for the first time entering a Korean K-pop show 🙌🫶💗
미션을 떠나 비전문가 대중 입장으로 1등 잼리퍼블릭 압승이요! 이런 노래로 솔로를 위한 안무로 이렇게 대중에게 소름끼칠 정도의 감탄을 줄 수 있다는 게 놀라울 정도에요. 그게 정말 어려운 거고 챌린지, 유행 그런 걸 떠나 대중들에게 감정적으로 압도하는 무언가를 전달할 수 있는 것이 아티스트의 본질이라 생각하기 때문에. 정말 다른 수준의 무대를 본 것 같았네요.

In my opinion, 1 Million and Jam Republic are teams that really suit Hwasa's style. Sexy and Mature. In this mission, 1 Million actually benefited the most, because they had worked together several times in creating the choreography. Hwasa said she wanted something different but in the end she still chose the same thing (still chose the 1 Million choreography). I didn't find anything different in the choreography until this mission and 1M choreography looked boring and didn't make me want to dance. The choreography that has a different vibe is the choreography from Jam Republic and Bebe. To be honest, Bebe's choreography is very trendy, it makes people want to dance and has lots of iconic movements, but it's a shame that Bebe's choreography is more suitable for Moonbyul than Hwasa. But they all did really well.
I agree. Although 1Million's dance suited Hwasa style of dancing, it was kind of boring and cliche in a way compared to Jam Republic and Bebe's choreography. It's not really as unique and is just like the rest of her previous discography's choreographies. Hwasa mentioning she wanted something different really made me think she was going to choose Jam Repub's choreography but I was disappointed she chose 1Million's choreography.

They're good to analyze, absolutely 1 million good in choreography on stage (performing on concert stage) while jam republic good to direct a music video to attract a fans. Both teams did well ❤❤

and since Bebe also won the dance challenge. it means majority of the people danced to Bebe's choreo because its aesthetically pleasing and also fund to dance with. If Hwasa cant own that choreo with swag and sexiness, it will always belong to Bebe, maybe that's why she didn't go that route. She should atleast pick JamRe
All choreo from each crew had their strong vibes but if want to fit in hwasa style i think is 1million bc they work with hwasa before this and know what really hwasa wants..i luv bebe n jam choreo but 1million know what the best for queen hwasa
