as someone who has never seen glee, this is quite an interesting experience for me.

I will NEVER forgive Glee for cutting the line "braced myself for the goodbye; cause that's all I've ever known" from the 'Mine' number because its such a gripping line that speaks volumes about Santana's character and leaving it out of the scene was a CRIME! lol

The Blaine cheating plotline is so dumb since they already previously set up how upset he got just from Kurt just texting someone else. He was my favourite character and I still don’t believe he cheated on kurt

To answer your question on getting an injury during a show choir performance: I was in a competitive show choir for six years and we’ve competed locally and internationally. Not once have I ever heard/encountered a disqualification due to someone injuring themselves during a performance. In fact, one time I tripped right before going on stage and had visible bleeding wounds on my knees. No one batted an eye.

Ryder will forever be trash in my eyes. His actor abused his wife Melissa Benoist (Marley) so I just see red now when his face pops up. Plus he was such a Nice Guy ^TM always whining at everyone.

i’m FULLY convinced that b**ke j***er got the writers to mess with jake and marley’s plotline in season 5 because of his irl relationship with melissa. looking back i like the idea of jake with marley bc compared to ryder and marley it’s less of a parallel to finchel (but i fully did want ryder with marley when the show was still airing, even with his whole “nice guy” schtick)

Season four had so much potential. "The New Rachel" was a really good season premiere, they did pretty good balancing the New York and Ohio scenes, it felt like a season two episode. Sadly, the next episodes were a disappointment: the writers mocking Britney Spears, a stupid presidential debate no one cared about, Blaine cheating on Kurt and playing the victim card, BRAM, the bizarre society of superheroes episode, Marley's eating disorder being just a plot device, ... Glee was such a cultural reset that even after all these years, it still hurts what a mess it became after season three 😭

Around the time mr shue sang blurred lines, the show became pathetic. No once could save it. Not even Rachael’s hourly bs could bring me back.

after about 10 minutes of Googling state show choir competition rules and regulations it is illegal to suspend or disqualify team if someone faints on stage. If that person was sick beforehand they would automatically be dropped depending on if the team can still fulfill the number of teammates required by state. The most that would realistically happen to them is that they would have to try and continue while Marley's body was on stage and someone could get her escorted off.

i remember that in the thanksgiving episode, when mike chang is training the glee kids, fantastic baby is playing in the background at the lowest possible volume. like glee really got the rights to use YG entertainment licensed (at the time) songs and they choose fucking gangnam style???

"Karaoke bars are for bad singers" I'm a native Nashvillian and refuse to perform in karaoke bars because everyone here is god-tier at singing. A karaoke night is different though, that's where the bad singers get to shine at the local pubs lmao

If someone faints or is injured on stage in choir/dance performances, you as someone else performing legit have to ignore them. Someone off stage will get them. they always tell people if you feel faint just sit down you won't get in trouble stopping performing, rather that then falling over and hurting yourself or others. They got disqualified because everyone ran off stage to help vs someone back stage handling it. They honestly never spoke about what to do in emergencies which always bothered me about the show as someone who did musical theatre/choir they would bring it up somewhat frequently what to do if something bad were to happen and how to handle it.

Dude somehow, kitty literally gives Marley an eating disorder, jake cheats on Marley and everyone treats her like crap cause she’s good at what she does and then when she messes up WHEN ITS NOT HER FAULT everyone is like “omg how dare you ruin this for us!” And then the show dares to try pull a “Bryce in 13 reasons why” with kitty and pretend that she’s done nothing wrong. Plus not even mentioning the school shooting episode I mean come on people I like this show but sometimes I just can’t believe the stuff it managed to get away with!!

i've realized trin releases these glee best and worst episodes once a year. As much as i wanted you to release reaction vids to all the seasons immediately after you started making them, watching this today just feels very nostalgic and it's been a really nice constant for the past 3 yrs
