@@Isabellediaz112 it's not just one person and i know you know that. and of course i know not everyone who is a fan of conrad is like that. unfortunately a lot of people are. i'm just not biased and can see everyone in the show is flawed (i was team both in s1 and team don't care both are really underwhelming in s2, just so i don't get accused of being a jere stan lol).
This season made me team cam Cameron, I hate how everyone was hating on belly. Everybody relies on belly so much and blames her for everything. Jeremiah getting mad at her for not being there for him but refusing to talk to her so she couldn’t help him. Steven blaming her for Conrad and Jeremiah not coming to his party, which by the way was not her fault she tried to make peace with them. And it’s ironic to me that Steven is talking about her being selfish for being with both of them when he literally cheated. She did her best supporting Conrad he just was not in a good place. And Jeremiah had the right to be mad at her, but at the time was he actually surprised like evryone knows belly always liked Conrad.
Belly was kind of terrible for making a scene at funeral i hated that also if my mom is dying prom would be least of my priority like Conrad was not feeling it it's fine i would think she would just go with someone else like a friend or don't go at all

im ngl.... belly's insecurities played a big part in what happened at prom and the funeral. granted conrad should also speak up more BUT despite checking out mentally he still wanted to be there for his girlfriend at prom it's just unfortunate he couldn't see it through to the end and his reasoning is understandable. Belly is the one who broke up w him and the only reason he didn't stop it is because of the fact he didn't wanna keep putting her through that anymore. it's honestly just a shit ton of miscommunication on both ends.

The prom night scene was more Belly breaking up with Conrad. As for the funeral scene I remember in the books belly saying the looking on Conrad’s face when she tells Conrad to go to hell was heartbreaking. I do love Belly but a lot of times she is a little self-centered. The funeral scene was just hurt people hurting each other.
my criticism towards jere is mostly the fact that he shits on conrad to belly saying “he’ll break your heart” and stuff like that and also the fact that he KNEW belly has always loved conrad and yet he still decided to get between them. idk he’s not a bad guy or option i should say he just deserves to be with someone who feels exactly like he does.

I love how everyone puts conrad in the spotlight like he hasnt been a bitch the entire season 1, constantly was pushing belly aside and barely cared how she felt, and has the WORST communication skills, seriously, are we watching the same show? I like Conrad but i think he and Belly as a ship are boring cause the brooding, mysterious and angsty man x girl has been so overdone in the media, that's why Jeremiah feels like a bit of fresh air to me as the golden retriever - sunshine man x girl does not feel as overdone to me, plus I think Belly and Conrad are really toxic for each other while Belly and Jeremiah feel less toxic so far, also i find myself disliking ships that have really bad communication skills because of how much overdone that trope is which is the case with Belly and Conrad so far

Jeremiah needs to grow up?!? Are Jeremiah and Belly not best friends and when someone's loved one dies wouldn't you normally want your best friend around even if you had been fighting or going through a rough patch. I also feel like at this point people are forgetting that Jeremiah is going through the same thing as Conrad in terms of losing their mom. Sure in season 1 Conrad was the only one that knew about the cancer but now they are both going through the death of Susannah. I feel like it's really unfair for people to give Conrad a break and not give Jeremiah one. And in my mind, it would be harder for Jeremiah because he not only had less time than Conrad to process the fact that their mom had cancer, but he also didn't have anyone to go through it with because Conrad and Belly were so involved with each other.
I literally was so confused by Jeremiah's reasons for being mad at Belly. Like first of all he literally purposefully pursued her both after ruining her and Conrad's first almost kiss, he knew she always liked him, AND her and Jeremiah's first kiss was right after she broke up with Cam?? if u watched the scene, belly tells jere she wasn’t sad she broke up with cam. and then when jere confessed to belly he made sure to ask her “do you think you could ever?” as in, do u think the feelings could be mutual. belly said “yes” and they kissed. so from then on he probs thought she reciprocated completely. so it shouldn’t be a shocker that jere was upset she went back to conrad after cause he didn’t think he was a rebound. and realizing that he was would be hurtful to anybody
People are disputing the age difference between Conrad and Belly so I found a direct quote from TSIP Book 1: "I'm only two years younger than you." "Two and a quarter," he (conrad) corrected automatically. and jeremiah is presumed to be a year older than belly bc in the book hes older than belly but younger than conrad

First season i kinda liked Belly and Jer, second season part 1 everyone was MESSY af, then i watched this video where Trin HATES on everything Jer does and didn’t get it, then i watched the party episode where he says: You don’t need to hurt yourself to get my attention and I WANTED TO DIE, they are all manipulative, dramatic and self centered, and i am LOVING IT
