1:26 yea not fun, but in my experience i havent been wrong, my overthinking is based on patterns and fears, so i end up being prepared for when it inevitably come true :)
One thing about being an overthinker is once you overcome being an overthink is a lot easier to understand when somebody else is going through a lot of stress or depression❤
I overthink and i have extreme sensitivity and anger issues. Though im really nice and would give u the world, but that makes everybody use me and in the end they just give me my hesrt back with lots of scars
1:31 Absolutely, actually. I cannot go through a day without planning an entire conversation just to get worried and decide not to talk, or just panic because that stranger on the road looked at me and me just being there might have slightly adjusted the chance of their day being good.
