I suppose that’s where buying the US 4K edition separately comes in handy, since that set includes the ultimate cut on 4K disc and the director’s cut on regular Blu-ray.

Maybe. Depends if you care to have the Ultimate Cut, Theatrical Cut, and special features that has Under the Hood -- a documentary thing that contains a LOT of info regarding the Minutemen.
