These are water birds and their fledgling birds that live on or around water, their nests are built in freshwater lake over shallow water. Fledgling birds leave the nest and follow their parent birds for looking food.
My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
I’ve been listening to this everyday for the past 7 months I think and it is the best one I have heard! I always have good dreams and lots of them. Thank you for making this because the sounds of it are so calming thank you
Two days ago I found moorhen fledgeling being chased by two dogs and my cat. I managed to get it (by gently taking it from my cat's mouth where she bit the poor thing) and placed it in a makeshift cage... But, I'm not really sure how to take care of it since I've no experience with raising baby birds before. But I did try to feed it rice (which i found is okay) and even let it swim. Thoughts?
Can anyone please suggest any other food besides formulas? I tried worms( had to dig 'em though) and it's summer here. Hardly any rain so the earthworms are hard to find. Which lead me to feeding it rice.
