Actually it's free phosphate in sample , and in my opinion presence of Phosphate is enough . Irrespective of 15-20 ppm. Second higher conductivity means higher PH of feedwater nd finally that lead Caustic attack
Thanks for raising your doubts….👍 Yes, It remains same. Sometimes same Deaerator is used for the 100kg & 40kg both type of steam generation in Industry.
Sir ji... Thoda side me reh ke boliye or board ko pura dikhne de... Aap khud dekho half screen ko parde ne rok kiya he... 🙏 Board pura dikhe ga to hum screenshot le sakte he
Sir kay hum dram ko phosphate dose Dene ke baad pH bust nahi ho raha hai Lekin conductivity bad Rahi hai tho Kay kare phosphate tank through ammonia dose de sakte hai kay aagar dete hai tho Kay pH value bade gi aur uska reaction kay hoga pl guide
Hello Harsh, Good question 👍 To control increased silica content is Drum: 1) Increase Intermittent blow down rate (IBD) through steam drum. 2) Check Make -up water quality to Deaerator. Increased Silica Effects: 1) Increased Silica affects on Superheater tubes because of poor Heat Transfer through flue gas. 2) It affects on steam turbine blades. due to silica deposition it’s wheel chamber pressure increases & turbine efficiency come down. Solution: 1) Check Silica content in Makeup water,In steam drum, & in Steam through on line analyzer or lab analysis.
