So I got my Iron shot yesterday. It was like nothing. We’ll just keep eating iron tablets and hope that it gets better. Sounds simple, have done this before. NBD 😉 Please if you are anemic, keep talking your iron as precribed by the doctor. I was told, it’s even more important to take it during that time of the month 😘
Wanted to do a lazy crush today, so yeah we have gym chalk water crumble. Don’t miss the ending as we have several airdried reforms that I crushed in the end and those were heaven. Crushed until the bowl was full and I’m satisfied. Hope you are too! Have a great rest of the day beautiful friends ❤️
