Water Lantern Festival is a floating lantern event that is all about connections. Friends and family gather to decorate lanterns with their letters of love, hope and dreams and send it out into the water for an unforgettable experience. The festival has food, games, activities, vendors, music along with the beautiful visual of thousands of lanterns reflecting on the water.
Water Lantern Festival is committed to producing sustainable events by following their "leave no trace" policy. Every lantern is collected and cleaned up, additional trash along the water ways is also picked up leaving the area cleaner than it was before, and LED candles are recycled or reused. Lastly, the lanterns are made from rice paper and wood so they are as eco-friendly as possible.
