Just think what you would do in the same situation? The fact that she believed it is funny but her over the top reaction is hilarious. I loved it when they started the "water meter" and the "reporter" said, "it isn't that loud".

I wonder what would happen if every single person smashed the meters? They couldn't charge everyone, could they? And if them people were fined and no one paid they could hardly put everyone in prison....could they? Just curious.
