This is a water polo goalie training and conditioning drill. This drill is useful when you don't have very many shooters to take shots on the goalie.
There are two shooters. one at the 2 spot and the other at the 4 spot. The goalie starts the drill by filling and draining a 5 gallon jug. Then the goalie will take rapid alternating shots from the 2 spot and the 4 spot for a total of 6 shots.
Repeat the drill 2-3 times per goalie.
If you have more shooters you can add more spots to shoot from.
If your legs are not strong enough yet, do not fill the jug all the way up. Fill it up to a level that is challenging and you can hold the jug above water the entire time.
