Water Pump Inspection 

So nothing is supposed to be hooked up to the what u called the tell tell hole?

All you did was show what parts were there. If you are inspecting please explain what your looking for i.e. hard seal rubber, cracks, etc.

What does it mean if oil is leaking from here

Geez just open radiator cap on a cold engine, start engine , look down radiator, should see guild moving
