You need to just get the 1/2 npt to 3/4 mpt fittings , you might have to run a small portion of braided tubbing . I’ve been eye balling this manufacturer due to it being quite but my set up is in an enclosed trailer so the emptier the louder these pumps are gonna be. Curious if I put a more stronger / quality one in a box if it would over heat. I know the 1/10 pumps are solid just hear they aren’t made for long uses. I’m just Just starting out and it takes me about an hr to wash my 250. And my gravity set up struggles on a ryobi 2100 psi 1.2gpm
@@DJMEDIC671 I bought the 1/8 hp harbor freight and as soon as I set it up I knew it wont work. those literally turn on as soon as they are plugged in and keep pushing and pushing water into you pressure washer even when you aren't squeezing the gun. the motor burns out in the pump and you could damage your pressure washer. like this guy said, the seaflo only uses electric and triggers when it knows it needs to pump water through. these are like $30 more
@@vermontmotorsports1275 even if you were to run a run off/ bypass hose back to the tank you think it’ll still have that issue? I even thought of getting a wireless power adapter to toggle it off when not in use even though I’m still using it
@@DJMEDIC671 idk man in my opinion that could work but also once you start using it you will realize the harbor freight are advertised more as pumps to drain a pool or small pond and move water. theyre great for that but it isnt their purpose. the seaflo is $99 and worth it unless you wanna keep buying pumps
