Inside the tank there is a single UV LED. Inside the chamber there is the UV lamp the ray which comes from the uv lamp it's intensity and effect is high. In uv chamber the water passes very nearby and if there is a LED placed inside a tank the distance and the depth of the water raises up. UV LED is very cheap and convenient to use hence in domestic the adaption ratio is high.UV LED is not effective that's the reason it is not used in industrial UV system.
Hello sir..after seeing this video..I ordered your product..while coming only some filters were broken, but service replaced with some other brand..that too is fine..still my TDs level is more than 250..when talking to your technical team they promised my TDs level will be below 200.. after all discussions only I brought your product..after complaining they sent new filter, still my TDs level is 230 ..if I am calling they are asking to wait for two days and check..how do TDs will differ after two this..what sort of customer service is this sir??

In only UV based purification horizontal position of UV sterilizer is better than vertical position. But after membrane as a post filtration position of UV chamber does not make much difference. For more clarification kindly check FAQ on our website. www.itpl.online

We can supply bt as per us thr r issues in under the counter like it is difficult to maintain, if anything is nt wrkg we don't cum to knw, inside thr r chances of rusting under the sink that's why we don't recommend.
Hello, thank for a well explained video. I had a question regarding UF membrane maintenance. You mentioned that it need to be flushed a couple of times in a week. Did u mean forward flush or back flush? Also, if NF membrane is being used then that needs to be flushed as well? If yes, then how often?
Can you please let me know the difference between the MF (which you showed at the pre-filtration stage) and the UF (which you showed at the actual treatment stage)? At 5:24 I heard you saying that small MFs are given the name of UF. Please clarify.
MF is recommended for higher turbid water (abv 5 NTU) & UF is to remove bacteria, virus n microorganisms from the water. Porocity of MF is 0.1 micron n UF is 0.01 micron. Yes, many Companies in domestic water purification 95% of them along wid RO they gv 0.1 micron small MF only in the name of UF.

Sir, i bought your product SS 304 UV chamber 11 watt..i am having little confusion in wiring. Four wire were given Red, Yellow, Blue, partial green/yellow. i know the last one is ground but i cant decide which one is neutral(probably blue) or neutral wasn't given at all like in some motor. So, should i connect all red,blue,yellow in phase or not? connect

We hv chkd online Havells Co. site bt they hv nt mentioned anywhr whether their UV chamber is of aluminium or stainless steel n physically we hv nt seen their UV. Hence, it is better to chk with their sales representative for the same.

Hello chandanji, Recently i have purchased ro from your brand innovative technocare.it is novx pro NF + RO. Today i installed it. So in that i want to give u some feedback about it 1. Water quality is good as u informed 800 tds to 200 tds with balanced ph value is around 8 2.inside part quality is good appropriated 3.super water flow from clean water and less from dirty water Some point which is make me slightly unsatisfied 1.outer body arrangment not at level 2.body being connected with screw which is i thing will have slipping after 2 to 3 year from thread bcz we usually 3 to4 times tank to be clean in year. So need to think differently for body assy. 3.even after slightly costlier,UV lamp indication LED not given which makes to be costume blind bcz we dont know is UV lamp working or not. 4.no any paper written warrenty has been given from your company but when i called to costume care then executive simply told me sir 1 year warrenty is then no problem u just call us for any kind of help but i dont know how i covince to myself for this verbal agreement. Thnks.
Pls see our reply- 1. We r wrkg on outer body bt not been able to import the same within n outside India and for making our own cabinet there is a huge investment that will hv to do. 2. We have nt given UV LED in ths bt we hv given u buzzer if UV is nt wrkg. 3. We don't have any offc outside India so out of Mumbai region company will not able to provide Installation service and warranty which we already mentioned on our website so along with the machine we provide one extra set of filters and half of the electrical spare parts against warranty and apart from this we also give replacement if any part is nt wrkg within 1 year in understanding but nt in written form.

Hello, TDS from Delhi Jal Board is 130, water at start of supply and occasionally during rain is muddy, the pressure at kitchen tap from over head tank is also not good for RO, I think....Which Product would you suggest for me?

In case of UF + UV as there are no Prefilter Sediment first & In NF or RO + UV due to Pre-filter Carbon first and then Sediment to protect membrane from even Carbon dust in case of somebody forget to flush the Carbon Filter.
Good knowledge and explanation. Fair enough. Now my questions. 1. Why don't you manufacture the components? 2. My TDS level is 180 in Kolkata City. Which one we should buy? 3. Why don't you use sensors for each type of purification stage? That case we can clean that particular filter
1. We don't have any experience or expertise in manufacturing. Also overheads wil b more that's y we don't manufacture. If we manufacture than we have to stick to our components only. If we don't manufacture n we see some other Co. components better than us so we can shift to their components for better quality. 2. As per ur TDS levels u can go for NF 30 (Nanofiltration 30-50% TDS reduction)+UV. 3. Thr are no sensors made to chk the quality of sediment and carbon filter. To chk intensity of UV lamp thr is a sensor with intensity meter but tht wil cost around 15 k which is nt affordable in domestic level n it is used at industrial levels or pharma.

If sewerage water is gtg mixed we will nt suggest u the purifier n to drink that water. Bcz all the impurities frm sewerage wil get trapped on filters n membrane n it might choke the filters n membrane n spoil the purifier. That's y we wil suggest u to buy 20 ltrs water jar frm outside for drinking.
I have boring jet pump 180ft deep for last 21years ,it has better transparancy then corporation water ,what it the best treatment to overhead tank or inline so that it becomes potable water.plz repky,out boring is 60ft away from septic tank
We give standard size filters. To chk if our filters can fit in ur purifier we need to see openable view of ur purifier bcz we don't know if yours is of standard or unstandard size. Hi, please help.me. Have change the part which don't allow the water to flow back from the tank to drain line. because before continues water was draining. so after replacement it was fine but after couple of days I notice that drain pipe after tank is full the drain pipe gets stop but drops won't what does it means. Or will it get stop after sometime or how expert's please advise.
Sir, I am using Cm purifier since 1 year.. It's a great product. I have already replaced carbon, outer sediment, inner sediment and UF also... I have UF for actual treatment.. I didn't get it when u said that UF has to be washed every week.. Because I only replace it every year.. What's that?
We have told that UF membrane has to be flushed on weekly basis n nt washed. For this in machine's wastage line we have gvn 1 valve, u only have to open this once a week n drain approx 5 ltrs of water. With this forward flushing membrane wil get cleaned.
CM Sir, Firstly, thanks for your patience and guidance and for the service that you are extending to all the people.. I have two v.imp questions for you. 1. Why haven't you kept the Pre-Filter housing fully transparent ? Is there any specific reason to make it semi-transparent ? and 2. In one of your maintenance and cleaning of the Filter videos, you said that you have kept the UV unit at the end of line in the filtration series. Why ? Is in't it logical that the UV unit must come before final RO membrane unit, so that the killed microbes bodies suspended in the water from the UV unit be then be made to remove at the RO-membrane unit ? Kindly clarify please... I need to know before buying one from you..
Pls see our reply to ur queries. 1) If it is fully transparent then even if thr is slight mud formation then filters condition wil nt look nice also it may cause algae formation on filters if light wil pass into this. Bt stil if anyone wants v can provide. 2) In high quality industrial plant like pharma 2 UV's r gvn in pre n post bt costing bcms too much expensive. If v hv to gv only 1 UV then in every industrial water treatment plant also UV is gvn in post only aftr membrane n nt gvn in pre n bcz of this if membrane ruptures or if any bacteria or virus is left behind frm this so that it wil b killed in the final treatment. As our expertise is in customise solutions if anyone wants UV in pre then v cn gv.

U don't need inline sediment filter bt need inline carbon filter. If sediment is nt thr so thr wil b only 1 risk if carbon comes out by breaking its filters net so it wil go to membrane whch otherwise cn b removed by sediment filter. ( bt it's a rare case 1 out of 100)
NF membrane is not easily available in market due to lack of awareness n people knows only abt RO. RO membrane is available in market at a very cheaper price bcz of mass production which NF is not. Abt KNL we are nt aware wt material they use, wt r their quality control n frm whr they buy sheet. Many times rejected RO membrane is sold in the name of NF membrane frm RO batch. If output of RO membrane is nt giving TDS reduction of 90% n giving 80% reduction then it is sold in the name of NF membrane. So we don't know whether they are giving membrane frm RO's rejected slot or it is pure NF membrane.

As per ur TDS levels u don't require RO. U can go for low TDS RO (having 60-70% TDS reduction) +UV. For same u can go for Aquaguard enhance green RO or Innovative Technocare NF60+UV www.itpl.online

Chandan Sir, I would advise you to put transparent actual treatment membranes (UF, NF and RO) like Koria MF membrane and also the upper body of your products in Crizel, like your previous product Evian. As there are no indications in your products, with the help of transparent membrane boby we can decide it's time to clean and to replace.
Technology wise and stages wise making membranes transparent is not possible. We are trying to make Crizel's upper body transparent like Evian's upper body.

Thr is no other option n as per ur TDS levels u shd go with NF 60 (Nanofiltration 60-70% TDS reduction)+UV. Water wastage will be thr in this bt that water u can reuse for flushing, gardening, mopping.
