My Jeep has this issue. It is endemic to the XK- I haven't bothered doing this yet because it is so long, the baling wire won't go all the way down so I've got to pull the panels off the inside. I'm glad you got it figured out!
Wow we have a car that it was doing this with on the passenger side on the floorboard and the back seat passenger side, but we also had the trunk fill up. So a friend told me it happened toher and the trunks seal needs fixed, so my husband needs to look into that, but he can also look into checking the drains as well, thanks so much for this. We have never seen where it comes from, but I am disabled and want to start driving, and until my car is now cleaned out, and fixed, i cannot. So again thank you so much. Now is the hardest part, him finding time to do it!
