Awesome progress y'all!!! Jason, One thing you will want to consider, even though it will cost more money now, but save you thousands in the long run. You should get as heavy a woven landscape fabric as you can, 12-16 feet wide, and lay that down at the minimum from the culvert ditch along the road to the cattle guard and then from the cattle guard as far up the drive way as you can and get some gravel on it. With the spring rains coming, and all that freshly torn up ground and fresh laid full dirt you are going to be in a muddy mire. The fabric will stop the loss of gravel due to sinkage into the soil, meaning you will have to replenish it less in the future. Not sure what they use out there, but a base layer of 4 inches of 2 inch stone and then topping it with a 2-3 inch layer of 3/4 stone will give you a good stable driveway that drains and that you shouldn't get stuck on. Also it should be graded to a 1 inch in 10 feet from the high side to the side that the pond is on. Make it level all the way across and you will wind up with water and ice issues that can easily be prevented

Save your back get a weed whipper with a metal saw blade on those small trees and brush ❤

You need to move your saw in a teder toder motion. It will help with cutting faster, less penching, and over heatig the blade. The sharpness will last longer too! Did a fired wood business with my father for over 6 years, year round and I have learned a lot of little tricks like that to keep our tools tip top shape!

Congratulations on getting your well in early! Power and water, all that you need now is a septic system. When you have that put in, be sure to have a dump spot for the camper(s). The property looks awesome! Once you get grass seed going it will look like a park.😊

Not a hater respect what you do. I Just watch the videos shaking my head . If I almost had my eye scraped out by a branch.Last thing I would do is push branches with a tractor that are at eye level, and are just bending (not breaking.). All it takes is one to snap back. Safety goggles are a thing.

You may not see this before the well people are there but consider using an orange paint to help identify the stump areas so the well company can at least try to avoid them. Just a suggestion.

When I was growing up my dad would clean out stumps of the tree after cutting him down by placing old barbecue coals that are still hot on to the top of a stump. It was slowly burn the stump down where it is pretty much gone. And I know you guys use coals in cooking so instead of wasting them, put them on top of your stumps
