In this video, I will paint leaves in watercolor for tutorial step by step. We will learn how to describe the leaves simply. I picked up these leaves at the near park of my house. To develop good painting comprehension, the most important thing is Practice Practice Practice. I would like to recommend you to form a habit to paint objects at the periphery of your vision.
COLOR: sap green, cadmium yellow, burnt sienna.
For getting olive green, I mix up sap green and brown.
I used my own pallet colors.
PAPER: Arches Cold Pressed 140LB
BRUSH: Mozart and Watercolor Brush Set 6 round and fan.

I love the shadows! Almost clicked off a few times because of the music, but the painting was definitely worth persevering through it!

Great video. I love the leaves and the shadows. The music has to go. 12 minutes of the same music is very monotonous and annoying.

These leaves are so great and the shading is amazing.. but, I do agree.. the music kind of detracts from the amazing skill of the artist.. it's a little goofy.. but the art is spectacular
