Beautiful pieces !! Do you recommend the Moleskin or the Hahnemuhle book more? (The Hahnemuhle book is double the price of the Moleskin so is it a lot better ? 😮)

I'd get the moleskine! I like it slightly better but they're both awesome. If the moleskine is cheaper, definitely get that one :)
